I’ve wanted big boobs from a young age, unfortunately I never grew even after having a child I remained in cup size A.This year I plucked up the courage to have a boob job! Crazy right !? I’m just over a week post op and I don’t regret it at all! I changed surgeons and I went with Mark Solomos I went to Highgate in London for my surgery and I must say he really put me at ease I often have panic attacks when I find myself in stressful situation or even when I’m in new surroundings but I didn’t have one panic attack on the day of my surgery, all so friendly I’d definitely recommend mark to friends and family,I haven’t got myself measured for obvious reasons but I’m so chuffed im definitely no longer an A cup that’s for sure! Still quite swollen but the incision are healing very well,

I got breast implants 35 years ago. Please ladies hindsight is 20/20. Implants have an expiration, You will have to get them again at some point. Your breast will sag with age and weight. Hard to detect cancer and mammograms are painful with implants. You will be loved the same with them or without them. I wish someone would have told me the downside with age. I did get lots of attention with my big boobs, but not the kind I really wanted. You are perfect the way you are!

I agree with you! Let 2020 be a year of clear vision! I wasn’t even an A cup before implants, so I felt justified in my decision. After breastfeeding 3 kids, I wasn’t even a AA cup, so I went ahead with implants. My first saline set had a rupture WITHIN 2 years. At that point I wanted them out without replacement, but my surgeon said I would regret that and be back in 6 months. My second set, the textured McGhan 153’s, with a 49% rupture rate (I found out much later by googling) sure did have a rupture when I had them removed after 12 years! This time I was told it would be like a mastectomy experience to not get them replaced again :-0. I had my 3rd set of Sientra smooth implants for 4.5 years before I found a new surgeon and had them removed without replacement in 2019 (capsules removed too). I was so tired of worrying about ruptures and my health, and I had a terrible track record with this. Google everything ladies!!! I learned so much! Read about breast implant illness! Read about silicone migrating to other areas of your body! Read about plastic surgeons who no longer put them in and only take them out! There is a wealth of information right at your fingertips. Use this resource instead of taking selfies and posting on social media! At 55, I’m much wiser and happily a AA-AAA cup. Your first BA will not be your last. I had 3 surgeries in less than 19 years. You will get them replaced every 10 years if you’re smart, and at some point, you will be tired of it. I think some people feel they won’t care when they are 50 or 60 or 70 or 80 because they will be “old.” You will always care about your health and looks no matter how old you are. I also have regret about the small tattoo on my foot and unregulated ink, but that is another topic. We look great just as we are!

Yeah, good advice and all, but it’s not about being loved, it’s about improving self image which will in turn increase self love and then when people see self love, they in turn will love you (or so I’ve heard haha) all you have to be aware of is to schedule the usual preventative care (yearly) and I promise, you’ll be fine. Implants have progressed a lot in the last 10, even 5 years and are much safer. Yeah, you’ll have to replace them in 10 years, a minor inconvenience, but think of all the other things that are inconvenient that you already do. Colonoscopy, yearly exams, blood work, eating right, ect. Take care of your implants, and they will take care of you.

They didn’t take care of me! I had 3 sets in 19 years with 2 sets ruptured. I was so careful! I didn’t even lay on my stomach once during the entire time! The “gummy bear” implants aren’t so gummy when they’re heated to our 98.6 degree body temp! They’re more like goo! What a joke looking at them at room temp laying on a table as a “safe” selling point...

Which is why I opted for saline!

2Weeks & 6Days Post Op Ba

So before my op I was a 32-34A it was decided that I have 400cc high profile dual plane, ideally I’d love to achieve a cup size D or DD and was told to expect this, but until I have healed and they have dropped there is no saying what size I measure but before my op I went out and got a bra from Ann summers 32DD and it fits at the moment. I don’t know if it’s because of swelling but I’m so pleased I just hope they drop more and even out as one is bigger than the other
