Hopefully after the d&f your nipple placement will move upward to create that lifted look. I know you stated in an earlier post you were trying to avoid the lift. Good luck.
Some doctors can get some lift with just implants. I was advised against over the muscle due to increased risk of capsular contracture but seeing your 3-day post op result certainly makes me second-guess going under the muscle and only 460cc. But hopefully they will round out some. I love your full look!
