Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation
WORTH IT$5,300
I’m 29 years old, no kids, 5ft2” about 51kg I had a breast augmentation and choose Motiva Ergonomix 275cc silksurface overs in November 2017 my surgeon was Mr Paul Banwell.
I had thought about it for a fair few years, I wasn’t unhappy with my natural breasts I felt comfortable without clothes. This issues was with clothes I felt I looked out of proportion due to this I had worn big thick bras for years which counteracted the lack of omph! As we all know these things aren’t comfy and they definitely aren’t pretty!
I had 2 previous consultation over the years before Mr banwell, I found the initial consult was thorough and informative he was very clear about managing my outcome expectations. So I decided to go ahead and book in, I had 3 pre-op consultations to ensure I was happy to proceed and to decide on which implant and what size. All of these consultations were very reassuring, I don’t think every surgeon offers this amount of pre-consultations but I think they should. You always think of questions after you leave and it’s great to know you’ll have another opportunity to discuss. Also I only paid one consultation fee.
I had the surgery at the McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead. It’s a lovely hospital the food was pretty good considering I’m difficult to please! All the staff were fabulous including Nurses, Drs, Anaesthetist HCA’s, and housing keeping!
Mr Banwell is what you’d want your surgeon to be, professional but approachable and charismatic, clearly a brilliant well respected cosmetic surgeon. I chose him because he has great credentials!
Everyone experiences pain differently, obviously you’ve been cut open so pain is inevitable but it was never unbearable. Despite being discharged with dihydracodeine it was controllable with paracetamol and ibuprofen.
I took it pretty easy for 2 weeks, then returned to work and tried to minimise the amount of lifting I did.
The follow up care I received was also gold standard. I am very happy with my new boobs, they are in proportion to my body and in my opinion look quite natural. The scars are tiny and are fading much faster than I anticipated! And I can wear beautiful bras(when I feel like it).
I have to say that mentally they took me a little while to get used to when I was naked, you know every inch of your body and even if you actively want it to change because it’s such a dramatic change in a split second my mind has moments of “Jesus these [RS bleep] are huge” in the early days! But literally no one has noticed has noticed them and I can honestly say I love how they look now. I’ve gone from a small 32B to a 34C 32D depending on bra brand.
Tbh I wish I’d done it when I was younger when I was hotter and wore less clothes lol!
