So I’m jut under 2 weeks out and I’ve been feeling like there have been no changes since like the 3rd day out. I became really sick about 7 days after surgery with bronchitis, so I’ve been coughing and sneezing which has my chest in so much pain. I’m wondering if the bronchitis has made my chest muscles tighter and is making the drop take longer? I’ve been feeling like they’re too small also. I knew to expect some boobie greed, but I told my burr today that I had a breast aug and she asked if it was a reduction right away. That comment made it a lot worse because I want them to fluff out badly. Can anyone reassure me by looking at my photos that they look like they’ll still drop and fluff?

I’m 2 days out of surgery and the pain is starting to subside. I had some bad throat pain but I’m pretty sure it was from the breathing tube they used, I shouldn’t have had lemonade vitamin water because the acidity hurt my throat. The girls are looking pretty good but they are high and tight. I’m hoping the look bigger once they drop. Do they normally look bigger once that happens? I feel like they look kind of small right now. I see Dr. Eby tomorrow so I will ask her questions then!

I had my surgery yesterday at 8am and everything went perfectly. I am so relieved because I was no nervous leading up to it. I got to St. Francis and checked in, was shown taken to my room and a few different people came in to register me, take urine samples and ask medical history. I was then rolled into the holding area where I met my anesthesiologist, had an IV starter and saw Dr. Eby. She has such a calming presence and it was so nice to see her before surgery. She drew on my chest and had me sign some last paperwork. Then I was given some medicine to calm me and rolled back into the OR. The St. Francis staff was so amazing throughout all of this, down to holding my hands as I drifted off to sleep. I woke up to my anesthesiologist and Dr. Eby at my bedside. Dr. Eby showed me a photo of what my implants looked like when I was still under. They looked completely even and big! They were closer together than I thought they would be too which I’m happy about and hope that stays. I have my post op appointment on Monday. The pain has been tolerable but I have had to stay on top of my pain meds. I’ve taken one every 4 hours and slept most of the day yesterday propped up. I’m incredibly sore but nothing is a sharp pain.
