Hiiiii y'all.
After many years of contemplation I decided to get breast implants. I've always been a proud member of the itty bitty titty committee and generally love my breasts and nipples. I loved going braless with many low cut tops, dresses, and the *perks* of being perky and not too bouncy or big for adventures, face down massages, and sexy unsupportive lingerie.
This year it clicked that I would further like to enhance my feminine physique with some upper body curves. Besides the general fear of surgery and worry about other peoples judgement (a lot of my friends are the woke hippy kind) reading the reviews on RS, I realized I can handle this and implants can indeed look natural and also, f*ck what anybody else thinks about your life choices am I right?!
So grateful for other women's reviews that helped me take the plunge, figured I need to share as well :)

Are you going with a wide implant to fill in your cleavage area (gap)? What is your bwd? BA only enhances our current breasts and can not change our anatomy. Keep that in mind. Good luck.
February 3, 2021
My BW is 12 I believe my implants match! I'll double check today at the post op. I'm aware my breasts will likely not match several of those photos based on those other women's breasts pointing more directly forward but the three panel shot of before and after from Dr. G, I feel like those are similar to mine.

I'm woke and hippy and getting my implants today :) although some of my good friends are "fake" supportive :)
February 2, 2021
Exciting!! Hope it went well! :)
February 3, 2021
That is why I didn't tell many people! Just the closest few and my boyfriend. I'm kinda superstitious and I really didn't want people's 'evil eye' on me whether that's judgement or hidden jealousy pre-surgery ;)
February 3, 2021
You're right! Keep non supportive people out! I'm home after my surgery. I'm feeling better than I expected, but I guess first night and tomorrow will be the worst. I'm excited for you :)
February 3, 2021
I feel much the same way! Surgery was maybe 10/11 hours ago and feeling really good today honestly! Tad bit worried about manana! I'm excited for you as well, congrats on the Ta Ta's!

Day of treatment

Here we go!

lauracali333
Day of surgery — woop! Woop!
Woke up generally still calm.
Yesterday at the pre-op I told the doctor I would like to be a full B small C he had me try on Allegra 295 and 310’s. My BW is 12 and my nipple distance whatever that’s called is 5. At the appointment we settled on 300 from Mentra because he said I was thin and my skin was thinner too so the Mentra are slightly softer and will feel better with my composition. At the time I was stoked on 300’s because one of my favorite photos of the girls of his was 300 but she had less muscle tissue so by this morning I decided I wanted to step down and went with 275, which intuitively, I kind of knew all along.
Dr. G is known for a very natural look and his photos are truly one of the few doctors in Miami showing many, many 200cc range photos where most doctors I saw were pushing high 300’s - 400’s, which isn’t my aesthetic. He told me that most models, not the playboy kind obviously, get 200-250 for a boost. Not being as ‘thin’ as a model and wanting a more rounded physique I really feel like 275 is a good call for my body.
Everyone at the office was super sweet today (and through all my convo’s in the past, as I’m from out of town and did everything virtually prior to this). The anesthesiologist made me feel extremely comfortable and you can tell she’s really talented. She asked a whole slew of questions and went through a detailed explanation of what to expect pre and post op. My mother who was with me warned me of nausea and feeling wonky etc etc. Dr. M (didn’t catch her name) assured me she had the ‘good stuff’ and I would feel fine.
And I do! I’m not nauseas at all, I felt only slightly clumsy, quickly coming to and generally regaining full clarity within hours. The sedative helped me relax once I laid down on the operating table and they started chatting me up about dream vacations next thing you know I’m waking up.
Pain immediately after maybe 2.5/10 just achy and a bit tight. I am now 7 hours post I’ve just taken my second dose of Percocet and I took one muscle relaxer and I can say I haven’t had much of any pain today. After I watched a movie I faced time my friend and my boyfriend and generally feel extremely grateful about how it’s going thus far. I understand next two days might be a bit worse!
In terms of boobies! Already sitting well in the pocket, no high placement torpedo boobies that I can tell! In fact with the bra on I’m already pretty stoked!! I’m not taking my bra off tonight I don’t see the point but I will take photos when I do.
So far...
Office cleanliness 10/10
Office/medical staff 10/10
Anesthesiologist 10/10
Doctor 10/10
Dr. G you can tell is a consummate professional, he gives you his opinion, his style is very natural which is why I went to him. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into any decision. Something about his demeanor really screams perfectionist.

Day 2 - Tight but Not too much Pain!

lauracali333
Woke up a bit cranky today. I had some poison oak on my leg that I’ve been dealing with that flared up the night after my surgery so first night sleep was poor. I fell asleep at 1:30 am and was up at 7:40.
When I woke up I had tightness on the sides of my breasts and I had swelling on the center over the sternum as expected. The entire first day I was icing nonstop so it didn’t swell up until the next morning.
Post op went well, doctor said everything looked as expected. After a quick nap and drive in the car I’m back to my mom’s house 2hrs north of Miami. Next post-op is a week from today.
I bought some Weleda anti stretch mark oil for my breasts (not on the scar obviously).
I also am taking Arnica, Bromelain, Arginine, Glutamine, liposomal vitamin c, zinc, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and now a collagen/protein shake all multiplied times a day on top of the prescriptions to help with healing and recovery. Oh and bought some miralax cause everyone’s right about that too! Very bloated and as the swelling moves from your chest it moves to your stomach so so strange swollen belly but I’m not fretting it’s part of the process.
Overall feeling not much pain, actually almost no pain. Just tightness in different areas, but I did take one Percocet and a muscle relaxer. I’m really pain averse so I will keep taking two a day tomorrow too and then after that maybe I’ll try just Tylenol. The muscle relaxant helps the most me I believe it quickens recovery because you need your muscles to be relaxed to start healing and bind back up quickly.

Also forgot to mention that I started a high potency turmeric supplement for inflammation and Lysine.
February 4, 2021
So glad your recovery is going so smoothly! I'm similar stats and wanting the same. Excited to follow your progress as my surgery is march 2nd. How did you know to be taking all those meds/vitamins?? I have my prep next week so I'm hoping I'll feel more prepared after that.
February 4, 2021
I will definitely keep posting photos! My surgery will be exactly one month before yours so you should have a pretty good visual imagery but after looking at hundreds of photos each body really does look different even with similar stats and same implant sizes. Just know that when you do make the decision it won't make or break you ;) Dr. G's office sent out a pre and post operative instruction pamphlet for me. For best practices for surgery two weeks before hand I cut out all alcohol and started increasing my protein intake to stabilize blood sugars and stared taking vitamin c 1,000-2,000 mg on empty stomach in the morning (if you an get liquid liposomal at health food store that's the best absorbing kind, if not liposomal pills work good too) follow with bromelain first once a day with lunch moving up to one pill with every mail meal (3x a day), and 50 mg zinc before bed. I started 30c arnica Montana tablets under the tongue two days before surgery and will continue for a total of 7 days. All of these are recommended by many doctors for faster recovery boosting your immunity, muscle tissue repair, bruising, clotting, etc. The following I just knew from research are really helpful! The arginine, lysine, glutamine are amino acids that help build/repair muscle tissue among a host of other immune and body repairing functions. Turmeric you shouldn't take before surgery but it's good to start a complex with at least black pepper (mine also has cinnamon) for best absorption! Because of the antibiotics I take heavy dose probiotics to prevent stomach aches and the digestive enzymes really help with that as well, along with all the bloat!
February 4, 2021
Wow thanks for all the info! And I totally agree.. it seems like different size CC's look different on everyone - which makes it so hard to decide! I'm hoping at my preop appointment when we finalize the size I'll feel more confident. Look forward to following your journey!
February 4, 2021
Same! I'm so excited for you, I'm so happy already :)
February 4, 2021
Aw you're so sweet! And I'm so glad you're happy with your results. Did you do Mod-plus profile? I've looked at so many I forget haha
February 4, 2021
Yup! Moderate plus
February 6, 2021
Looking good! Any updates? 305 cc mod plus under the muscle here on Jan 26. I also take Arnica Montana, Brommelain, zinc, and Vitamin C (was taking the last 3 anyway because of working in healthcare with Covid risks). I take them all in the AM so maybe I need to redistribute them reading your routine.
February 6, 2021
And I definitely take probiotics too! I wondered about taking a muscle relaxer. My doctor didn't prescribe. I had some mimosas yesterday for the first time in several weeks and I swear that made my left pec relax a little bit lol
February 6, 2021
I would ask for muscle relaxer honestly that has helped the most in terms of how the healing feels and relaxing the body but the prescription is only for 5 days after surgery so maybe that window of when it's most useful has passed? Everything is going well updating photos and journal entry today! And for vitamins bromelain with every meal, zinc before bed, and vitamin c in the morning! Arnica I do between meals 3x a day.
