Here is my 9 months update.
My breasts look and feel so natural — I love that about them. People complement my outcomes all the time. I rarely wear a bra these days and when I do, they look even more substantial.
This has been life changing!

You look fabulous!
Thank you!
So pretty! Fantastic results
I have my surgery on June 18 and im so nervous about sizing! But seeing your posts helps me feel more calm about the whole thing, because you got 250cc. And my surgeon was talking about giving me either 250 or 275 cc. I love your results!
It will be great!
Wow your breasts look amazing! Exactly what I would like mine to look like. I am 5’2 and weigh 123lbs so shorter than you and I was thinking 285cc but now I am not sure as you are taller than me but with smaller implants. I don’t want massive breasts just natural looking ones like you. Should I consider 250cc or less even?
285cc is not that much bigger than mine. It also depends on your breast width and your rib cage width, because if you're little bit wider a little bit bigger should fit well. I based my choice on the isthmus of the implant which is only very slightly bigger than my breast width (by only 4mm I think)
Thanks. I am fairly petite built so not very wide. Also considering HP maybe. My current size is 32b/c so that is the other thing, my breasts aren’t flat or very small
Thanks for sharing your experience, it’s tricky finding anyone who has had less than 300cc on here so I may be showing your photos to my surgeon if you don’t mind!
Yes, I had a hard time finding enough examples with smaller implants, so it was definitely scary at first. But I'm super happy!

6-month post-op and feeling natural

It's been 6 months since my surgery. I have enjoyed every day of having beautiful natural looking breasts. They feel soft to touch, too. I haven't had my issues. The scars are fading, but still visible. Hopefully, they will be less noticeable in he future. Thankful for such good results.

Yep...yours are awesome! Good choice and glad to hear recovery has gone well!!
Your surgeon did a great job! I have mine in 8 days!!!!! I am so excited but also nervous. I have wanted this for 20 + years. Now it's actually happening! I have similar stats to you sake size breasts, I am 1/2 inch taller and about 3 lbs heavier. I also love working out. I work out 6 days a week. Dr says this will probably be the hardest part for me for recovery , not being able to. What bra size are you now? I want a full C or I am OK with small D. It's the size I was breastfeeding and loved it. I am looking at 345-360.
Oh and gummy bear implants moderate profile:)
I'm so happy for you! It's been one of the best decisions for my mental health and well-being. I walked a lot after the surgery and was actually satisfied with just walking. I am not doing much chest/upper body, but mainly by choice-- comfort-wise it's totally okay now. Your size goals are different from mine (so is your body), but I never had much of any breast tissue and didn't breastfeeding, so we all need to do what makes sense for us. I hope your surgery and recovery go well!
You will be happy:)
Thank you so much! This site has been so helpful reading others stories and feedback. What type of implant did you get?
What size are you now? I don't want to regret going to small, nor too big. I was thinking 350 but after seeing my surgeon today I wonder if it is too big for my frame. I want to be a C cup. I feel like I am a AA cup now. He last said that I looked like an A but I mentioned today that they have gotten smaller since I saw him a few months back at my consultation and he agreed. Between not breastfeeding anymore and working out 6/7 days a week they have shrunk even more! He originally told me he would not suggest over 350 now I am wondering if I should do less. Aghh everyone is so different so it is so hard to know.
You had the same wish pics as me! Kate Hudson. I honestly thought I was looking at myself got a second (ok 10 years ago) but you look amazing! I’m saving your boobs as my wish pic! Enjoy!
Haha! Thank you!
You will have to do an after pic in the white ribbed t-shirt. I'm realizing I better take a few before shots in things I could never fill out!

4 months post-op & don’t be jealous ;)

I am so happy with my breasts: size, shape, softness, scars healing — everything! My OBGYN also complemented on my new addition saying that the plastic surgeon did a great job. Out of all the boobs that I’ve seen I like mine the best haha! That’s what, I think, a successful makeover should feel like.
The only issue that I have right now is that I feel like I’m attracting more men (especially at the gym). It’s probably a combination of my new looks and increased confidence. For some ladies it may not sound like a bad issue to have, but in my current life situation it’s not something I have the space for. So just remember — your beauty has power and you will have to learn how to use it.

Love your results! I also prefer smaller breasts and LOVE your result. I settled on 345 HP because I wanted projection as well and that was the smallest I could go for what I wanted.
I hope my end result is as great as yours though!

You look so proportional and it seems like that size was made for you.
Really wonderful results. Good for you!
Thank you!!!
Beautiful!! They came out perfect.
Thank you so much!
Looking at your pictures I am sure you were getting a lot of attention at the gym before but maybe just noticing it now more. Perfect body!
That's very sweet to say. Thank you:)
Hey! Definitely got a gooood set girl! How is your peck strength now? Are you ever able to resume normal workouts?
Per my doctor's recommendation, I have been very "gentle" with my pecs. I could have resumed chest workouts, there's no pain issue. However, my surgeon (who is 80+ years old with 56 years of experience) said that from his experience he'd seen that working pec muscles to the point of a muscle burn can lead to encapsulation. With that said, while I do workout my full body, I have been doing waaaay less push-ups (mostly chaturanga style) and not doing any flyes. Everything else is pretty much the same.
Thank you!!
