Breast augmentation (550cc high profile ) nipple revision

I got my breast done previously almost 2 years ago. I wanted them to be more round and I wanted my nipples neater and smaller . I got 385 moderate and decided to go 500 cc high profile this time to get more fuller and round breast . Surgery was June 17th 2020 . Unfortunately I had down time again but I'm happy with how my new boobies look so far . My dr was amazing
