Ladies! Sorry I've been MIA. I love EVERYTHING about my boobs. I have no regrets at all! I've still been doing my massages 2x a day and they're definitely starting to soften up and drop! Dr. Seal told me to continue putting tape over my incision and to massage them lightly to help them soften. He also told me to keep my breasts moisturized so I've been doing that daily as well!

Dropping and fluffing!
roseandpinotJune 8, 2019
It's been 16 days since my surgery and I think I'm finally start to drop & fluff! I woke up this morning to find my boobs MUCH bigger looking, more round, slightly softer, and I can finally see some side boob (YAY, I was so worried about not getting any side boob). My skin around my chest and cleavage is so itchy. At first I thought my skin was getting irritated from the bra I was wearing but after Googling, I found out it's apparently from my skin stretching to accommodate for the implants. Did anyone else get this?
I'm starting to feel like I'm spilling out of my 32DD bra LOL. Everyone's been telling me that my boobs are massive (no complaints from me!). I was expecting to be a 32C after surgery so I'm really pleasantly surprised at how big I ended up. I do feel my right boob looks a bit smaller than my left though and the right boob is sitting slightly higher up. I hope it'll fix itself eventually. You can't tell the difference when I have a tank on, so it doesn't bother me too much BUT I can definitely see the difference when I'm naked.
I have a follow up appointment with Dr. Seal on Monday. Hopefully I won't have to wear the band anymore. Oh, I think morning boob is starting to slowly subside, or at least get less painful. How's everyone else's recovery going?
Added some pictures for you ladies!
OH! On a side note, I finally went and got lip fillers! BEST DECISION EVER. I love them so much.

I was SO itchy for a week or so but it got better around 3 weeks post-op.
Your boobs are looking great!
I hope you saw that it’s Victoria’s Secret semi annual sale! I got a bunch of new bras for $20 and $25 each.
June 10, 2019
OMG I had no idea it was their semi annual sale already LOL. I can't believe half the year is already gone.. I'll definitely make a stop there after work today! Did you put any hydrocortisone cream on your boobs when it was itchy? I'm SERIOUSLY DYING and my nipples are itchy as hell too and it's so hard to not scratch
June 11, 2019
I didn’t bother with any cream. I used regular lotion and scratched when I was itchy. Hope it gets better soon! At least itchy is better than painful!

You look amazing so far, and will only get better from here on!!! I think they look great as far as size... everyone has a different opinion so don’t take anything personal, what’s a good size to one person pulls be massive to another
June 10, 2019
I feel like my right one is still higher up than my left, are you right handed? I wonder if its because it's my dominant hand those muscles are used so much more, idk lol. I still have some pains but I'm soo worried about capsular contracture or them not falling correctly I try to massage as much as I can but I'm crazy busy at work for 10hrs ugh.
June 10, 2019
I am right-handed!! I was thinking the exact same thing and I've been massaging the right side more so it can hopefully drop faster and even out! I'm totally worried about capsular contracture too but my boobs are starting to feel softer and softer each day so that's a good sign right?
June 11, 2019
Yeah that's what I'm hoping for mine too, they're definitely less tight. My friend that had hers done suggested I lay down and massage so I can get ahold of everything, but it kind of feels like I'm moving the implant over something? Like I feel it go over something and feels weird, idk how to explain it haha.

Shopping fail
roseandpinotJune 1, 2019
Saw my friend today and the first thing he said to me was "your boobs are f***ing massive" LOL... and to think I was scared they were going to be too small right after surgery! I've DEFINITELY noticed people staring at my boobs on the streets since they're sitting so high up and they look fake AF. My dog's not happy about that since she's used to being the centre of attention
I'm off all medication now and I only have mild discomfort when I first wake up in the morning and I get intermittent tingling sensations throughout the day. I do feel a bit sore/sensitive at the incision site and my surgical bra is TIGHT as hell and rubs on it at the bottom so I've loosened the last 2 clasps. I'm wearing the breast band pretty much 24/7 and really hoping it helps speed up the process of dropping. I bought Bio-Oil today and I'm going to use it 2x a day and PRAY pray pray I don't get stretch marks.
Now for my mini rant... I went to Aritzia after work today at Pacific Centre because I wanted to buy some cute tanks to show off my new assets (LOL) since the weather has been so nice but I didn't know my sizing so I just grabbed some in XS. When I went to the fitting room, I tried it on and oh boy, I could barely pull the tank past my boobs (YAY!), so I asked the sales associate working in the fitting room if she could grab me the next size up. She completely ignored me, so I just assumed she didn't hear me. So I asked her again and she replied "ok, sure" and rolled her eyes at me, as if she was annoyed by me, and then continued to chat to another 2 girls telling them how fabulous they looked. I waited another 2 minutes and I asked her again about grabbing me the other size and she just walks off without replying... and then I thought okay, rude, but she's going to grab it for me now and come back... Then she comes back and GUESS WHAT? She didn't. WTF! I got increasingly annoyed and just walked out of the store. I know I didn't look great because I just got off work and wasn't done up and it was hot + humid today but still... :( It really upset me. Was NOT impressed. Has anyone else had similar experiences shopping there? I figure I'll just walk up to the store on Robson tomorrow morning and hopefully have a better experience there...
OH! I'm starting to feel like I don't have enough side boob. Does anyone know if that tends to fill itself out during the whole drop & fluff process or am I just going to have what I have now?

you will have sideboob. remember, you’re only less than 2 weeks out from surgery. it’ll happen, you’ve just got to be patient. :)
i tried to go shopping for some bathing suit tops today but i felt like my boobs were still sitting too high to actually not look ridiculous. i need them to look a little bit less fake. hahaha
June 1, 2019
I saw that a lot of girls had side-boob right out of surgery so I got a bit worried LOL since I specifically requested for side boobs! Just took a look at your pictures and I think your progress looks absolutely amazing!

Ugh complain about that saleswoman! Probably just a jealous [RS bleep]. Some of my friends that saw my after pics in my tanks were like holy [RS bleep]. Lol I'm like I swear they're just high up right now. I cant wait to buy swimsuits!

I find Aritzia has hit or miss customer service. Some of the staff are soooo bad. But some are awesome.
June 1, 2019
Right? I went to the one on Robson Street today and brought my Chanel bag and INSTANTLY better service
June 1, 2019
Omg your results are amazing already!!! Really hoping to book with him soon. May I ask how much it cost?
June 1, 2019
Hey! Thank you so much! It was $ 8,977 CAD but be prepared to pay more (bloodwork at Lifelabs was $140, prescription painkillers and other things). Do you have a consultation date set yet? He's seriously SO amazing!
June 2, 2019
Noo I haven’t made the jump yet. I’m just worried about future complications... honestly that’s just what has been stopping me to book that consultation! I’ve been reading too many forums where girls regretted their choices and I don’t want to be that!
June 2, 2019
Totally understandable! It's a big change and semi-permanent. Are you worried about Breast Implant Illness? I asked Dr. Seal about BII and he gave me a wonderful explanation that I won't be able to do justice explaining it LOL, but he basically told me that it's been anecdotal evidence. He mentioned BIA-ALCL and how it's linked to textured implants, and how years ago, textured implants were favoured because it was thought to have a lower rate of getting capsular contracture BUT it's actually not true! That's why he recommended smooth implants!
June 2, 2019
Yeah that was one of the problems I was worried about and thank you for telling me that! I also have really conservative asian parents and would def disown me if they find out I got plastic surgery...so if i do it it's gotta be behind their backs :(
June 2, 2019
Yeah, absolutely, I COMPLETELY understand the whole conservative Asian family part. I think it wouldn't hurt to call now and make a consultation because it literally took MONTHS to get an appointment. I called Dr. Seal's office back in January and was told that the first available appointment was for the end of May. I asked to be on the cancellation list and got lucky and had my consultation moved up to the beginning of April! Also, worst case scenario, you can always cancel the appointment if you change your mind!
June 2, 2019
Yeah ill def give a call very soon!! How did you tell your family?? Did they support you or did you keep it a secret as well?
June 2, 2019
I have yet to tell them.. LOL but I'm lucky that I rarely see them because I expect they'd be really negative about it and tell me how I've wasted money for something so "stupid and superficial" and how I want to purposely attract the wrong type of attention (I'm putting this in much better words than they would, they would not be nearly so kind LOL). They just wouldn't understand that it's something I've always felt super self conscious about and that it's for no one else but myself. I'm also lucky that my family live in China so I'm all good until they visit in December and I figure by then, I'll be able to hide under thick sweaters
June 2, 2019
LOL!! Exactly what my parents would say... Im always super self conscious of my chest too...especially how I cant even wear a bikini because I have nothing!!! Im sure you can probably get away with not telling your parents if you dont wear anything low cut/revealing
