Hi everyone! I have a consultation coming up with Dr. Alex Seal on Tuesday, April 2. It was about a 4 months long wait time to get a consultation booked with him.
Here are my current stats:
5'5" (165 cm)
110 lbs
32 A/AA
No kids
Asian
I've wanted to get implants for as long as I can remember. I'm hoping to go from an A/AA to a D cup. I've attached some wish pics :)

Seems like so many girls I talk to say they wish they had gone bigger, I am considering getting mine done but I want to make sure im happy with my choice. Thank u!

Yes! Ha ha. I mean while I feel like they are the right size for my figure, I see friends that have gotten them much bigger than mine and I’m like oh wow I should have gone bigger! So I’m not unhappy at all. I love them. But yes I trimmed going bigger than you might think you want to. Or at least not being afraid of the higher number. Certainly it’s a preference and I know some people don’t like them bigger but the tendency is that women wish they would have gone bigger. Originally I wanted a B or a C cup at the most! I’m a D cup and seriously wish I had a DD bah ha ha.

LOL well im thinking going to DD, idk it just feels right, but then I think ok maybe one size bigger LOL I guess its hard to know for sure, its just something I wanted to do since I was 16, I have been for two consultations but still idk, they r saying my frame can support DD no prob so I know I can go up a size or two. You look amazing! I was wondering if you had the nipple piercings prior to the implants and if so, did you have difficulty putting them back in after. Also, did you feel like the shape and size of your nipples change after? Sorry if someone already asked you this, I am just beginning my research!

I had my consultation today with Dr. Seal! He was really friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. He recommends for me smooth silicone, round, sub-muscular placement implants with inframammary incision. We took my measurements and did some fittings today as well!
He says the maximum size I can go with is 415 cc HP and if I wanted to go bigger, I would have to look at UHP. I'm definitely leaning towards the 385 cc or the 415 cc but I'm afraid the 415 cc doesn't look proportional to my body? Let me know what you think!

Just my opinion but it it ended up looking like the sizers I'd definately go 385. Looks very proportionate to your body (I think). The reason I say "I think" is because it's difficult for me to tell proportions in the pictures with the black pants (frankly with pants period I have difficulty with proportions in pictures - maybe that's just me ha!).

Hi , congratulations on scheduling your BA! I would go with the 415cc . If you get the 415 placed under the muscle you will achieve the look of the 385. Since you will loose about 30cc with the muscle compression. So if you like the 385 sizer then you will achieve that look with the 415 implant. I wouldn’t stress over 30cc it won’t be a noticeable difference. Think about it like this 30cc is only 2tbsp so not much difference at all!

Hi again, thats great ur consultation went so well! It sounds like Dr. Seal really knows what hes doing. :) I agree u should go with the 415cc and maybe even think about going with the UHP. Dont feel rushed into making ur decision, just do what u know is right for u. its just so many girls r happy they did it but wish they had gone a lil bit bigger. Hope this helps! :)
