hi! sorry to hear about your rough experience/recovery. would you mind giving an update of how things are going now? have they fully dropped and fluffed and evened out or are you still having issues?
i had a revision to fix the "bottoming out". a month later, i went back because it is still uneven...and the doctor said it's because my arms or shoulders are uneven which is total BS. i left it and came back 9 months later for him to inspect it and he said it bottomed out again and wants to put permanent stiches (that do not dissolve).. i am hesitant to go back for ANOTHER revision. i dont really trust him anymore because he tried to blame it on my "uneven shoulders/arms". STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. he gets people in volumes because of his competitive prices but doesnt really care about his patients. you get what you pay for.....
You can see that your shoulders are not uneven in the photo
Thank you for validating. Dr. greenwald really gaslit me during every post op follow up appointment. I always left his appointments feeling insecure, emotional, and filled with regret that I chose I'm as my surgeon.

Hey did you end up getting the revision and how did your results turn out?
I did get a revision and went through the surgery again on one side. It did not help. The results are still the same and bottomed out. Would not recommend going to this doctor.

Mondor’s cord

Recovery has been okay so far.
I’m still dealing with hyperpigmentation and I am applying the silicone scar gel twice daily. I havent applied the bleaching cream yet Because my dermatologist instructed me to wait a little longer until the area has healed more.
Another issue has come up since my last update. I have been experiencing to pulling up to the courts on my left breast. It just so happens that this process is also riding much higher than the right breast. The doctor said that this is called Mondor’s cord (irritated or inflamed vein, clotted blood in the vein). I have been instructed to take Advil twice daily with warm soaks for a total of two weeks.
Comparing my right and left breast, the good news is that the right price has dropped and has settled in nicely. Unfortunately my left breast with reminders cord, it’s quite high on my chest. The asymmetry in size is still apparent. I do not think the asymmetry in size will resolve. Going back I wish I asked for 295 in my right and kept 275 on my left so they would be more symmetrical.
