51yo, 5'2", 106#, Mom of Twins, 32A Wanting C. Surgery 7/9/20!
I have always been on the smaller side - height, weight, and breast size. Before my twins (1992), I was a small B. Now I can barely fill an A.
The small chest was great when I was doing tons of running, but after two knee surgeries, I can't run much anymore. I have liked my breasts and how they never became droopy post babies, but when ever I've been in a relationship, I never wanted to take my bra off and let anyone see how small I am and felt uncomfortable when I did. Although no man ever said that they wished mine were bigger, I always wished for them to be. In three more days, the boob fairy (aka Dr. Rhee in Castle Rock, CO) will be visiting! I am going with Mentor Silicone HP, submuscular, inframammory, and planning on 300cc. Goal is a full C as long as it still looks natural and proportionate.
Not many people know what I am doing.... only 5 and two of them are my girls. One daughter has a 10 month old and is understanding my desire to do this now that her post baby body has morphed. When I told my other daughter, she asked me how long I have been thinking about this. I said for the past 25 years. LOL She had no idea!!
It's kind of fun doing this while being single because it's almost like being a virgin all over again. hehe My body will be a new canvas whenever I start dating. :o)

This is my favorite wish pic :o) It's actually someone else on Real Self that at the time of this photo, was 3 months post op. I would be happy if this were my end result.
Two more days til ta-ta's!! Christmas is coming early this year!

Here are my last before pictures! Surgery is first thing in the morning :o) Thought I posted my pics on here a few minutes ago, but somehow I can't find them. lol The nerves are kicking in and doubtful I'll get much sleep tonight. Hard to believe the past two weeks have flown by since I scheduled this!

Hi there! Sorry I didn't see your post on here. I am now starting to really feel better and with minimal pain. How about yourself?? I LOVE mine! Worth every penny and only wish I did this many years ago!
