I have wanted my boobs done since I was like 12. My mom didnt particularly have the goods in this area and being a string bean tom boy I was sure I wasnt going to either. Growing up in Las Vegas where sex sells didnt really help either.

I have had 2 consultations prior to my one with Dr Guerra. One with Ciao Bella (which was great but I didnt feel 100%), and one with Biltmore Body Enhancement's Dr Obadia (which was really bad, his office felt gross and I was not comfortable).

I had my consultation with Dr Guerra's office 3/2/21 after what felt like years of research and waiting and fell in love. The staff was informative and kind and made me feel welcome and excited! We scheduled for my procedure ASAP which will be 3/26/21!

We decided on 470cc R and 500cc L MemoryGel Xtra Moderate High implants and a R Crescent Nipple lift for my oblong dropping nip (I have 3 kids and breast fed them all for a small amount of time).

Medicines are filled, labs are completed. Waiting on my covid test information.

I bought a wedge pillow for sleeping on my back, because I am currently a side sleeper and Im not used to sleeping on my back at all. I also got a button up sleeper dress for coming home in.

Im so excited!

Congrats! I’m excited to see another tall woman. I hope your results are great. I’m regretting using low profile as I really don’t see as much of a difference as I was hoping for.

You probably got some nice cleavage out of the lows tho? What size did you go? Yeah I was trying to see what my size looked like on taller girls and it was really hard

I got 460 ccs, decent cleavage so far but I’m definitely feeling the greed to be larger. I wanted a more dramatic change just not too dramatic. Lol! My surgery was only about 6 weeks ago so hopefully they will fluff and give me a bit more fullness that I see others with. I think from your initial result you’re going to be quite happy!

T minus 3 days until my BA.
I changed my mind about the crescent lift on my right nipple. I seen a really bad picture of one and her nips looked like crazy eyes cuz she only got one side done. So im just gonna get the BA now and if I need the nipple lift later the office quoted me 1200 to do it in office.

Good call on waiting for nipple work, I think. I made the exact same decision! My surgery was yesterday, and I already feel hopeful that the different implant sizes will be enough to balance the ladies out. Good luck today!
