My Breast Augmentation looks WOW!! After 12 years and 3 children, I decided it was time I Invested in myself. My main concern before surgery was: implants riding too high, being highly uncomfortable for weeks, implants looking too fake as I chose 500 cc for volume, incisions and scarring would be very noticeable. To my surprise I had none of those problem! Even at 3 days post op it looked so natural! It does not ride high like most implants so it’s more natural and the healing process was easier to manage, I had no pain after surgery, I didn’t even have to take pain meds or tylenol! He is such a seamstress I could barely notice where the incisions and scars are. I have already scheduled my abdominoplasty, brachioplasty and a few other procedures. Thank you Dr. Kovanda you made me feel like i made the right decision.

Looking great thus far! Have any before photos? I always thought everyone had the high frankenboob look after sx. It's just the implants riding high until they settle in their pocket. I'd be scared if they didn't do that were they placed right but that's my overactive mind. Hahaha.... Happy continued healing dear and thank you for sharing your journey with us on RS! :-)

I’m guessing it just depends on the method, I had the dual plane method which results in less downtime and less complications and look more natural, it is very soft to the touch with minimal swelling. I was very afraid of the sky high rising boobs but this doesn’t seem to be the case at all! I will post a before if I can find a way to navigate the review page since I’m newer to this website :D

Wow he did a fabulous job! I’m currently deciding on going with him. Did he place the implant over or under the muscle? And what type of implant did you go with.

Dr. K did a dual plane technique which is half under the muscle! I went with the gummy bear implants. Zero pain and no downtime!My breast are very beautiful and natural.

This was me before I went into surgery, I was at most a 36 B bra in Victoria secret, Sometimes couldn’t even fill out the bra. I had no upper pole fullness and cleavage was non existent. I had my surgery done at Abbott Northwestern in Minneapolis, MN and received great service and care by staffs, I wish I had more pics of before but never really thought of taking pictures (not something I really want to remember anyways)
