Hi guys! Yesterday was my consultation with Dr. Sajan in Seattle and he definitely knows what he's doing. I have full confidence and trust in him! I've always been flat chested my whole life, to the point where when I first started having sex when I was 17/18, I never took my shirt off because I was so insecure about how small my boobs are. College came and I gained a lot of weight so then they maybe filled my bras more, but now that I'm physically active working out the gym 5-6 days a week, they're back down to little mosquito bites. I finally had the courage to save up the money and book a consultation and my doctor said 495cc would look good on me when I gave him the range of 450-500cc. I'm unsure if I want to go that big when my goal is just wanting boobs in general not necessarily a goal of going as big as I can without being too top heavy so I might actually like closer to 450 better. I scheduled my surgery date for November 13th and my pre-op is October 23rd so I'll know for sure what size I'll do by then. I was suggested tear drop for an ideal result to fix my asymmetry, but I'm scared of textured implants so I'm coming in again to choose between round or the anatomical and probably re-size to make sure!! Dr. said he will do whatever makes me happy though. :) Here are my before pics!

Congrats, how exciting!! I'm also Asian and bigger frame/weight than you and also want to go full c/small d, and would think 495 would be HUGE on you; you are tiny! I personally picked out 350 for myself, and I'm pretty flat chested myself. My surgery is this Friday and I'm going to finalize sizing, profile, etc. right before. I might go up to 415, but don't want to look like I have two melon halves glued to my chest lol. I'm excited for you!

Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look and with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Sometimes when ladies try telling the PS what they think is best and not listening to his/her recommendations, it can end disastrous. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. I got 415/440 and its actually smaller than i suspected! just show your surgeon the pics and dont get too obsessed w/ the number and if you want it to be big, then yes i think 495 is good tbh lol it gets smaller if youre doing under the muscle too

Omg!! Just looked at yours!! So beautiful!! Yeah they said if I like how 450cc sizers looked on me, then i should choose the bigger size cuz I'd lose some cc going behind the muscle! I think you have a loooot more breast tissue than me too so hopefully the extra 50~cc in mine will compensate for the lack of tissue so hopefully it'll end up looking as nice as yours!! Ahhhh thank you for the advice I'm so excited and less stressed now lol

no problem! i spent maybe too many hours on realself, and looked at people with similar stats as us lol Just make sure to show pics of boobs to your PS and probably without clothes too bc sometimes it looks diff with clothes.. i got boob guilt now and wish i got 450 instead of 415 since it does get smaller behind the muscle. (something i wish i knew - i just thought people wanted bigger lol) but im overall happy! good luck with your surgery and can't wait to see your results!

Do you know your breast width diameter??? I measured mine and I think it's round 13-14cm?? So maybe that's why he suggested 495cc! I looked at the size chart for implants and the only cc with that diameter was definitely 495 haha. Thank you so much for your kind words!! Can't wait for them to turn out like yours :))

Im not sure what my diameter is.. lol, so 450 is not in your range? I would have been happy with 450 i think! but if you're debating between 450 and 495, i've heard its not much of a difference if its 1 size up!

I like the 450 as I think the 500 look too big/top heavy for your small frame. Just my 2 cents. I have 500cc and it took a bit to get used to the weight of the implants. I sleep with a pillow between my breasts. My bwd was 14.2

Yes I liked how 450 looked too! They advised to go with 495cc since I'm going under muscle and would lose some! The only other option was 440cc and I didn't like how 400cc looked on me. PS said 495 would be big but look really good on me and I don't want boob greed!! :)

I think that's a good recommendation bc after being compressed they will prob look like the 450s. Can't wait to see your results.

The doctor reassured me that the results I want would be best with what he recommended and I trust him! Due to my anatomy, if I were to do any other implant the rejection rate would be 8% and I would rather not pay for a revision. I also resized again (forgot to take a pic dangit) but took some more before pics at home, and after researching on real self, I can see why he says 495cc makes sense on my frame because it looks like my chest/breasts are pretty wide compared to other petite girls??? I know I’ll get boob greed if I go less, especially if I’m getting it under the muscle so I think I’m set :)

I’m 5’5” 118 - I’m not sure I’m considered petit but I do have wide set breasts so it’s been difficult to narrow down the size/profile (I only want to be a full C but it looks like I may have to go bigger to compensate for the wide set). Right now I’m debating between 385/415 high profile silicone gel. But I don’t think I’ll ever have “cleavage” without a bra on because of my anatomy. Do you know what profile you’re getting?

Hey! So from my understanding because HP is narrower, you would need more CC to fill the width diameter of your breast if that makes sense? Lets say you have a BWD of 12, the mod+ and HP would have the same diameter of 12 but mod+ would be 300 cc compared to HP's 415cc (these are random numbers I'm throwing out just to visualize it lol). It honestly depends on your goal, if you want more "natural" or modest then I would go for moderate projection but I want big full boobs so I'm going with high projection!! So really it all depends on what look you're going for!
