2 months out! Update and running bras I’ve tried

They’re totally mine now and I forget they’re not real! Even when exercising! They barely bounce. I’ve tried 4 types of high impact sport bras which I’ll review below for you. I run about 25 miles a week and lift moderate weights about 2x a week.

Lululemon high impact zip-front running bra- $108: not my favorite to be honest. It holds them in but for the price I feel there are other options that work just as well. The style is the most preferred because of the cross pattern in the back though.

Brooks Rebound Racer running bra $50- great, love it. Works well and they do not move. Love the adjustable shoulder straps to keep them high.

SYROKAN Women's Front Adjustable Lightly Padded Wirefree Racerback High Impact Sports Bra (Amazon) $25- the best I found. Who knew it’d be better than the $108 lululemon bra!!?

Love your results? How’s the movement of them now? They look like it’s a mix of firm and squishy. Your PS did a great job!
They’re a good mix. My husband says he cannot tell one bit that the silicone is in there!
Wow you look so stunning, they fit your athletic figure perfectly. you are goals af lady haha
You’re so nice to say that! Thank you!
I have a similar size and build as young I’m curious to know if you went over the muscle or under ??
Under
Of all the reviews I’ve seen, this is the only one from a fellow runner with good sports bra advice. Thanks! Also- they look outstanding!!
Thanks girl! And you’re welcome!
You look great! We have very similar stats and also same body type. I work out 5-7 days a week. I love weight lifting but do not run. haha I was wondering what CC you did and if it was the Gummy Bear implant. I also have two young kids and whatever tiny bit I had is now gone from breast feeding . No regrets at all, it is just my turn. :) I have my surgery scheduled for March. It will be my 40th bday. Happy Bday to me ;) Thanks for the info and photos they are very helpful. I am so excited for the surgery but a bit anxious too.
What is your bra size now? I know cc;s are different on everyone. I am looking for a full C no bigger than a small D. I am looking at moderate profile 330-360 cc. 128 lbs 5'6 almost 5'7. Small, athletic frame like you.
Hi! Well because of Covid I have not gotten myself measured nor have I measured myself with a tape measurer buttt 34 Cs from Natori and Aerie are fitting me perfectly. Just the right amount is coming out the top and they’re secure underneath and very comfortable. I would t have gone any smaller or any bigger. I too had nothing but akin left from nursing so the 330s filled me in perfectly without any chance of looking like they’re fake. You’ll do great and you’ll love the results! Good luck!
Thank you so much! I am super excited. I am a size smaller vs before nursing and I had barely B's before that. This is something I have wanted for 20 years but I am so glad that I waited after having kids and nursing. Your body's changes so much. It was the right decision for me. Thanks again.

One month in!

They have definitely dropped more and have softened. Saw my surgeon yesterday and he cleared me for all exercise! Just ran 3 miles and now I’m on the spin bike! No pain.... just happiness :) I need to find some good scar cream and start that too. My scars are only discolored after I workout due to blood circulation.

Yay! Glad you are doing well :) I bet your happy to start working out again. Have you been bra shopping yet ? If so what size did you end with? I know you went with 330cc. I'm going with 300cc & I hope to be a C cup. I will be happy either way !! I'm having mine done next Tuesday 8th. Very excited! Take care.
@Nole I see you don't have a review so I'll just post here. Welcome to RS! It's an exciting journey your about to partake in. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better! I hope this bit of information has helped you out. Good luck and keep us updated. Maybe think about starting a review.
I have not. Just stopped in at lululemon and put their $108 running bras on my Xmas list!!! Good luck with everything!
Thank you, I appreciate your information. I have learned a lot reading though reviews and questions by others. I had an explant in June and I am very unhappy with my results so I have decided to have another BA.
That's a great gift to put on your list !! Thank you, as you know getting down to the final days before surgery is very exciting. Thanks again for sharing your journey with us.
I use Bio-oil on my scars. I've seen others use Biocorneum, Silagen, Scar Away, Embrace just to name a few. You can try cocoa butter w/Vitamin E as well. Lovely results! Good luck.
Thanks for the information!
They are perfection!!!! Congratulations!
Thank you!!
You went with a high profile implant? They suit you perfectly. Congrats!
Moderate!
Awesome! Your before and after is inspiring. Welcome to the booby club!
Thank you!!
Hi! We have nearly the same stats. I want the exact same look and will probably set my surgery date in the next month. Did you get Allergen or Mentor? I'm trying to decide between Allergen's Inspira Responsive (the regular cohesive-type gel) vs the Inspira Soft Touch (which is slightly more cohesive). The Soft Touch are more firm and should reduce the chances of rippling. Anyway wondering if you have experience with that/ Thanks!
Hi! Allergen. That’s all my surgeon uses. I do not see any rippling whatsoever. Good luck!!
