How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

1 week post op revision
I’m one week post op revision 450 high profile to 330 moderate plus Allergan brand. My surgeon also removed my previous scars.
My implant didn’t look as perky and tight as the first time, the skin has tightened up a bit. I still have air bubbles in the pocket.
Initially I had the shock factor thinking I went too small (like I could’ve done 360) But I have to remind myself that it’s better down the line to not need a lift when I have kids, my boobs will grow more when I breast feed
I haven’t tried on a bra or bathing suit but I’m sure I can dress them up as opposed to trying to hide them! (In black clothing, removing padding)
When I had 450 I was careful in buying very thin bras but now I won’t have to worry so much :))
I bought biocorneum it was pricey for $70 middle size.

Surgery! 450 HP to 330 moderate plus
I had surgery today!
I went from 450 HP to 330 Mod Plus.
I was deciding between 330 or 345 which is very minor but wanted to
Make the right choice since it’s my second time to try to get it right
I think this should suit my frame more and my Pectus carinatum aka pigeon chest.
Excited to heal this time around :)

3 month check in and revision
I had my 3 month follow up and my surgeon was understanding of my concerns and listened to me. We’re doing a revision for smaller implants and I am soooo happy!! I feel they’re too bulgy for my frame they make me look too heavy.
My new surgery date is February 5th.
I’m looking into moderate plus around 350- 375cc it’s nearly 100cc less.
My chest is boney so high profile just looks like an awkward shelf.
He’s also correcting my scarring, it left a dark scar and it’s pretty low so i can see it below my bra cup.
