480cc Ultra High Profile

WORTH IT$6,781
I'm 5"8 145 pounds 34 A cup. I wanted to be a D cup. My Dr. suggested I go with the ultra high profile as my chest is narrow. He said the 480s or the 535 ultra high profile would be what he used but he would decide which one during surgery. In the end he used the 480cc.

We have similar stats! Please keep us posted through your recovery.

I can't find this answer but I just had surgery as well (425cc, submusclular, nipple incision) and mine are similar to yours in the way that they are really high.... I thought it was my muscle but I read somewhere it might be the actual implant, do you know?
May 19, 2020
My understanding is that they will stay high until the muscle relaxes and stretches enough for the implant to drop down. I believe it is the actual implant we are seeing and feeling. I think it's totally normal. :)

Hi,
You are totally correct. The skin and muscle have to stretch over the implant. Remember you’re stuffing 10 lbs of potatoes into a 5 lb sack. It will be 3 months before you see the final result.

I am a retired OR nurse who specialized in plastic surgery. I’ve assisted and scrubbed on many of these procedures. Best Wishes ! Ed

Yes, please keep us posted, stats are similar, would like to see how they look at 4, 8 and 12 months. Curious to see how much they drop and how natural they look. Keep your head up through recovery..

Thank you. I am just about completely pain free. I will try to post as often as necessary because this site really helped me and so I feel I should contribute. I'm not sure how natural these will look in the end since I wasn't really concerned with having a natural look. I wanted projection and roundness without them looking tight like balloons if that makes sense. I'm posting an undated today to show my incisions because I got my stitches out today.

Day 4 post op

Bright153386
I still have swelling on the sides but it's starting to subside on my left. My left breast has dropped a little while my right is still pretty high. My post op appointment is on Thursday. I'll update again after that.

How has your pain been so far? About how bad was it the day after surgery. My surgery is this Friday on the 22nd. I am beyond nervous!
May 20, 2020
My doctor put a pain block in so I was mostly just sore the day after. I'm not gonna lie though. The pain was pretty bad the third day but as long as you dont have to move around and keep up with your ibuprofen, its manageable. And for me that one day was the worst of it. Yesterday and today I can move my arms without pain as long as i dont put too much weight on them. Good luck and dont be nervous! Its gonna be awesome! :)

Stitches Out

Bright153386
Had my stitches out today and saw the incisions for the first time. I think they look really good and are right on the breast crease. As far as activities go, I'm allowed to do almost all physical activities just nothing that works the peck muscles too much. I specifically asked if I can ride my bike and kayak and he said yes but use common sense about the kayaking. Dont do it if you have to paddle the whole time.

I'm glad you are feeling better and feel like you made the right choice for you; however, there are a lot of women who love their implants and have great health and we would appreciate it if people like you wouldn't try to use scare tactics to get us to walk away from implants. This is something you should save and comment under explant reviews.

Thank you. I could not have said it better myself.

I was just trying to help with awareness. At Lea Stone day, you will connect this. I had 4800cc "Gummy Bear" Mentor Silicone Ultra High profiled. They looked and to touch, felt amazing. Our bodies just don't like foreign substances :( They eventually get very sick. Please look up. I wish more than anything, in 2013, thi information was leaked. I didn't even have a rupture!!!

I understand what you are trying to do. However, it's poorly executed by targeting someone who already made the choice to get implants and just had surgery 2 weeks ago. I am aware that your condition exists and recognize that it is a possible complication that I may or may not face one day. I am aware of the risk. Also, the comment you made "Trend is moving towards beautiful natural sloped breasts. Beach balls are out!" was rude and insinuates that what I'm allowed to find beautiful is based on "trend"...basically what everyone else says is attractive at the moment. I would recommend taking that out of your script of a comment for future posts.
