After losing a lot of weight I was left with nothing but a bit of excess skin on my chest, I also have a very prominent 'pigeon' chest and my ribs stick out abnormally (not a lot going for me at this point) my body shape was awful and boxy and like a boy. I decided that breast implants would help mask those issues.
The only part that worried me was the surgery itself, and all the staff at Elanic were perfect in putting my mind at ease.
I'm a week post op and I am so so glad I did it! The surgery was fantastic! No pain, just a pressure on my chest. After a week I'm now off all pain medication and feel amazing. I would honestly go through that surgery 100 times! So glad I did it. Surgery was done under local anaesthetic, spent 3 hours in a recovery room after surgery then was allowed home.
I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff at Elanic were, if you're planning this and are worried about the surgery, honestly, do it under local and just go for it! The immediate difference in my body shape has given me so much more confidence!
Only con I have is my own worry, I know they take months to settle but I'm currently worried one is bigger than the other, I'm only one week out so I'm trying not to panic too much about it though.

you look fab. I’m booked in with the same surgeon in three weeks time. I’m so nervous though but reading these reviews help. Do you mind me asking what cup size you were before?

thank you! - he is absolutely fantastic and so is the whole team, they will most definitely put you at ease the second you go in, don't worry! I haven't wore a proper bra for about 6-8 months, just sports bra type things in a size small, but felicity had said at my consultation I was around a B cup (then I lost a bit more weight so would have been smaller) good luck for your surgery, if it's anything like mine you will be completely fine!

my surgery was booked for 930am, went into theatre at 10, and then had 3 hours in the recovery room. I stayed for an extra hour though because my sister was also booked in just after me so I waited for her for an extra hour :) was all round a brilliant experience though and so bizarre how quick and simple it was in all X

Two weeks post op! Absolutely delighted would be an understatement - I'm still off work until Monday and going out of my mind 'taking it easy' but I know I need to even if I feel okay. Took my dressings off yesterday and everything is fine in that department as well - the itching has stopped as well thank god.
So happy, just patiently waiting for the 6 week Mark to get back to the gym!

ah that's so exciting!! are you excited? - I've been great actually, as I said just restless now and bored - I never expected recovery to be anything like it has. I feel fine, but I know I can't push it haha

I am excited but more nervous tbh but reading some reviews I feel much better. I’m so active normally so I’m dreading that part too & I’ll hate not being at the gym:-( You look like you’ve dropped a lot already. fab results quickly

it's normal to be nervous- it will be great though! yeah that's the biggest pain for me just now because I never normally sit still - they looks great, im so happy with them - my right one is taking longer than my left slightly but I'm not by here'd by that haha

Still a bit nervous to be honest. I’m worrying about the size now. I’m going for the same size but worries they might be too big for my frame. I’m a 30 back size at moment. what are you? pics would be great to put my mind at ease a bit more. Thanks for all your advice. x

I've put pictures up on an update :) - ah well I'm 5ft8 and a 32 back (I have a pretty broad upper body shape which is why I went for the 450's) I was originally going to go with 400cc mod plus but changed my mind after looking at reviews from people with similar problems as me, also I didn't want to regret not going that bit bigger once it was done. they are definitely the best option for me. also, naked they look massive, but when I'm dressed they just look so natural and perfect for my body X
