WORTH IT$6,500
I just recently had my Breast Augmentation and I wanted to share my journey with you. I am 5'7, 140lbs, age 34, with 2 kids. I am not certain what my original bra size was as I always wore a 34 or 36B to try to look a little more proportional. I would guess that I was a 32A. I picked 450cc silicone Mentor moderate plus profile implants. I have placed my pre-op picture as my profile picture for reference. I am writing this review 2 days post op. I am currently bruised and sore, and a little uncomfortable but over all I feel pretty good.

I found Real Self while I was doing my own research about Breast Augmentation as my surgery date grew nearer. The journeys here helped to prepare me for my surgery. I felt that it was equally important to share my journey as well. I am age 34, 5'7, 140lbs, I have had 2 kids. I have chosen 450cc silicone implants in a moderate plus profile, I had them placed under the muscle and the name of the brand is Mentor.

I was able to move around more freely today. I have a better range of motion in both of my arms. I stopped taking prescription pain medication yesterday (day 3). I still have not been sleeping very well, sleeping while sitting up (at a 30-45 degree angle) is harder than it sounds for a side sleeper. I have noticed that the initial look of my implants was blocky, squished, and my nipples pointed, but today I noticed some of that has subsided. One of them is also sitting higher than the other today. I'm wearing the band at all times... but I have tucked socks into the sides of the band to keep the band from digging into my armpits. I did want to note that if you are claustrophobic the first 4 days would likely be more difficult, as the "elephant on your chest" feeling is real and can make you feel constricted.
