Hey there
Just another quick update! Ive finally started exercise again not due to pain or recovery reasons but work has been that intense so easing myself back in! Going well so far ……also finally figured out which bra size I am and range from 34E (pour moi) 32G (AS) and these fit like a dream! So proud of my new babies and the sizing Im super happy with! Initially tried DDs and boi was that a waste of money! On curvy kate I measured 30G but tried that too and defo came up too tight the 32G from AS is the one! Guess depends where you buy from too! Heres the update pics!

1month post!
Hey guys quick update! 1 month post and absolutely loving the girls … enjoying the drop and fluff process still doing regular massages and oiling the scars with biooil- defo noticed dramatic change in visibility over last few weeks! Cant lie Ive been a bit too eager and started buying bras currently fitting into 34DD- (slightly tight but only after a 12hr shift!????) 32E fits much more comfortably especially after a 12hr shift however my nipple is just covered by the bra so thinking of sizing up …(haven't had time to even get measured properly due to work tbh -nightshift queen! Lol)
Boobs still feel slightly tender and although jiggle is there I wouldnt say there not fully soft yet… being patient and completing regular massages least twice a day is my aim right now as work is so crazy - RN problems!

2 weeks Post- The Drop and Fluff has begun!!!
Im so impressed with the drop and fluff process feel like its kicked in and Im baffled still how they look like this so quick- scarring is minimal and healing well, they defo have dropped think thats to do with the amount of breast tissue I had already?! Im back to work - since day 10 (RCN and work in ED/ER) and managing well taking pain once a day if required- pain defo improved over last 48hours.
