I was so lucky to find Doctor Castillo from Realself from his impressive Breast Augmentation patient results and outstanding caring service for his patient’s reviews. After I had my first face-to-face consultation with doctor Castillo, I knew he is my right surgeon. ( I booked my surgery right after I flow back to San Francisco) Doctor Castillo is an extremely professional surgeon and such a pleasant gentleman. He was really respect to his patient and a great listener: I want a really natural look of my breast augmentation, and I don’t want my new breasts has any affected on my day-to-day active life. He took great amount of time to explain with different sizes, material, and texture of the implants. (He always responded my emails and calls right away-even we were in different time zoom) The conversation with him was to help me to understand the questions I need answered, and educated me at the same time. He was no hesitation, he knew what it would to take to get the results I want. He is also extremely caring and responsive for his patient in a professional manner: Checked in on me everyday and made sure I was doing ok after my surgery, even through it was during the holiday. (I traveled alone from San Francisco to Atlanta to get this surgery done.) He was even trying help me to arrange a driver to take me back to air b and b. After all the other factors consideration, finally, they decided; Lynne ( his office manger) drop me off to my place and she made sure I had great settle down before she left. In order to let me flight back to S. F go to work on the next day, he and his assistant came to office on the July 4 holiday to for my after surgery first check up. He is a truly artist, talented surgeon. He really understands how everyone’s different so he knows how to accommodate each and every different body. He has highly professional skill sets. My surgery went absolutely perfectly. I LOVE my result really much and the size of my implants are really suitable my body frame and my goal. (Now I am 2 weeks post op, I have full sensation of my nipples. No pain at all after 1 week pos-op) . This is the happiest I have ever been and I can’t thank you, your staff -Lynne : she is a such sweet lady in this process enough!! I would highly recommend Doctor Castillo to anyone who interested in any sort of work done in the area. You will be in good hands. I am so happy I went with him!!
