After almost 25 years of wishing for larger breasts, I finally took the plunge. I have not seen many women with my stats on this site, so I was hoping that this would be a valuable resource for others. Because of the detailed reviews from many other brave women, I have not been as freaked out about this process as I would have been going in without that knowledge. I will post pics about the healing process as I go through it.

First 72 hours down in recovery. I am using lots of ice to keep swelling down and have started taking some supplements and vitamins to help with healing. I have magnesium pills and took one on second day which took care of constipation that many others have complained about. I am also drinking copious amounts of water to help with the swelling. Within the first day I gained 10 lbs of water weight! After taking magnesium and potassium supplements I have dropped all but an extra 2 lbs within the first 48 hours which I attribute to the implants themselves. The implants are riding high and thanks to the many reviews on this site, I realize this is totally normal and part of the process. I can't wait until I am healed and the implants settle into position and soften up!

Mine looked very similar to yours at first! They def start to settle in after a couple weeks... Well I am 4 weeks post now and mine are still high but defibitely not AS high... It's such a process and all we can do is wait :) I have talked to quite a few other women who were similar in size as me and they all have said it takes a good 3 months for them to really drop and start looking like normal boobs!

Mine looked very similar to yours at first.... I am now 4 weeks post and they are still high and a little tight but they've definitely changed some! It's quite the process and I have talked to a lot of other women and almost all tell me it was around 3 months before theirs really dropped and started looking like normal boobs... It's so hard to wait, but really it's all we can do! You look great !

The cold weather is a killer, mine become quite angry when I get cold and visit my collarbone lol. This site has been wonderful as far as helping me be patient and letting my new boobs evolve!

What size did you go from and to? Have they softened up yet ? I'm having the same procedure in a couple of weeks .

Band size was 30", fullest part of breast measured 37". I estimate that I'm going from my shallow D to a full E when they settle down.
I'm 11 days post op and stitches come out tomorrow so I will likely post a video and pics because they do change daily

Had stitches out today. Their position changes just a tad each day so a photo record is awesome to see the progress. Day 3 of being back at work sucked. I know most people say you can return after a week, but my job requires standing and reaching all day so I really have to watch myself.
