I went yesterday to my post op appointment regarding my revision and Dr. Baxter took off my dressings. So far I am impressed and happy at the results. In the picture, you can the the blue markings where my crease of the saline implants use to be. He said that he picked them up about 2 inches during the lift.
So far what I can see of the results are that:
•I now have cleavage (Yay!)
•the nipples are nice and small and are both leveled
•I have some rippling on the side of my right breast but my thoughts are that it’ll go away once the inflammation goes down.
•The crease of left breast is perfect because the boob will be over the crease and the scar will be hidden beautifully.
•the crease of the right boob looks like there is no crease and that worries me a bit because it reminded me of bottoming out. When I was bottomed out, there is no crease. That’s just my observation and worry, but I’m sure that because of the Galaflex, it’ll prevent bottoming out. I just really do hope it develops a crease and the scar will be hidden.
Dr. Baxter did an exceptional job and I’m pleased with the revision

Here is a glimpse of how it looks like when my implants are falling off to buy the third month it was way worse and my nipple was at the age of the implant when I would lay down my whole implant would be an armpit. I would have to use boob tape to hold them in place. That way I can sleep comfortable at night. I did tell the doctor this as well. It was uncomfortable and it hurt a little bit. I had made a couple of follow up appointments thank goodness the second appointment time Dr. Baxter was not brushing it off and was able to set up a revision appointment. The revision was not free and still had to pay more than amount I paid for my initial BA. They would also sit so low it looked like I had just give breast milk to a baby. My mom figured I had a BA because she asked why my boobs looked so weird and thought I was wearing some sort of costume that added low boobs. I had to come clean to her and explain what happened and that I had a revision coming up.
Update:
I had my revision on October 11th 2023. I’m only five days PO. And I like that they are more lifted and perky due to the lollipop left and gala flex mesh. My total investment increased to $23,000+. With this price I could’ve had a full mommy makeover elsewhere

Are just 3 months Post opp from my initial breast augmentation with Dr. Baxter , I just had a revision on10/12/23 which included: Galaflex, capsoloraphy, lollipop lift, exchange saline 420cc to silicone 415cc still split muscle. Although he said he would “waive” his surgeon fee, I still payed another $13,000+ (I’ve paid roughly $23,000+ in 3 months!) I didn’t want to argue the price just because I don’t want to play with my life and outcome. I understand I paid for my new silicone implants, anesthesia, facility fee and Galaflex. He then charged me for the lift which I feel should have waived as his surgeon fee and this should have been done initially because my husband even asked him if I was going to need a lift since I was a massive weight loss patient (120lbs lost) and he said “we can get away with not needing a lift” Although I’m just 4 days PO I can’t fully see what’s under the gauze but so far this is what it was supposed to look like initially. I feel he didn’t really listen to my goals and just wanted to fill them instead of also lifting them. There is also zero bedside manner and very little explanation to detail of anything. It’s kind of frustrating and don’t understand if he just doesn’t like me because he doesn’t take time to explain my options or his recommendations etc. I’m the easiest person to talk to and never complain and fully trusted his expertise 100%. As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and so many years of experience, he definitely could’ve foresaw these issues arising and didn’t give me options as what we could do. I would’ve opted to have had the lift and galaflex and perhaps silicone if he talked about the difference instead of just letting me go with my 1st choice. Don’t get me wrong, he is a nice person/Dr. But I feel I got the end of the stick with him. I did so much research on different surgeons and he was my first and only choice because of his amazing background and I was disappointed in my whole experience of how it was handled. Looking back at my initial consultation , pre op, bedside, & post op, there was so much more he could’ve educated me on and provided options. There was something I did find odd , at my 3 week post Op, Dr. Baxter said he didn’t want to see me until a year from now. I’ve had many surgeries and never had a provider want to see me a year later at only 3weeks post op. I wasn’t told on how to care for my scars after my initial BA. The nurses and all the staff are amazing and complete angels. I know Phase Plastic Surgery will be reading this soon and I want to let you know that although I am not used to this type of care from a provider, I respect his practice and all the staff there. There are a lot of 5 star reviews about him and really would have wished I was one of them. I like him as a person and he has an amazing background and his whole team are so wonderful. I just feel it’s necessary for me to share my honest experience and be transparent with the public so that they will hopefully be cared for better than I was and they are able to make a decision and hopefully Dr. Baxter will have an insight on my experience and might be able to adjust behaviors for future patience because over anything, we are trusting our lives and arthritic goals in hands.
