I am so beyond grateful to say that I feel happier than I ever been. I have had a noticeable increase in the amount of confidence I have and I feel the difference! I feel like I have my life back, now that I finally have breasts again.
I am still a little sore but over all I feel great and beautiful!

If PERFECTION Was a Dr, It’d Be Dr.Sigalove
I forgot what it felt like to look into the mirror and love my reflection. 4 days post opp, pain is bearable, and I can already say that I am happier in my own body than I have been for years!!!
I am a perfectionist! • if you’re anything like me than just stop searching for the best surgeon in the valley because I already found him for you!! I literally went to 10+ consults in the east valley searching for Dr.Sigalove!!
Weeks leading up to surgery I called almost every other day with questions to be sure I was doing every thing to t. All of the staff was friendly and adjusted my concerns in a supportive and attentive manner. In other words, I didn’t feel embarrassed for asking so many questions and having concerns.
I wanted the obvious but not so obvious breast augmentation look. I was very unsure of exact ccs that I wanted beforehand but I told Dr.Sigalove to use judgement on which size. He exceeded my expectations!
There were very few surgeons other than sigalove who are skilled enough to preform subfascial breast augmentation.
I am so happy that I can’t stop crying, this is probably the best gift I ever could’ve given myself!

Can’t wait to see your progress! I have a TT scheduled for this fall as a 40th bday present to myself. I’m going back and forth on an augmentation at the same time. How did you pick your shape/size? Do you wish you had gone bigger or smaller? What has it done to your wardrobe? It’s probably way too early for any of these answers, but I can’t wait to see your results. You’re looking beautiful!
I just posted some more recent photos with a sports bra! It was the best decision I’ve ever made, hands down. I trusted my surgeon with the size, I told him specifically that I want it to look in between the fake and real look. I think the size for me is perfect, I would’ve been miserable if it was smaller and I’m actually only 4 11” and weigh about 100 pounds so any bigger would’ve been too much for me. As mentioned in post I have 415cc high profile which I think is perfect! Shockingly I still fit into my small T-shirt’ although they don’t fit the same (I have more cleavage and side boob). The under the muscle has given me the upper pull fullness and that little boob which is what I did want. I’ve been living in a sports bra for the past few weeks and even okay not wearing a bra sometimes! I hope you find This helpful!
