Breast Augmentation 415cc 5’4 110lbs

Yes, I am still unsatisfied about size. Wednesday will be my 6 week post op. The only thing I am doing now is not focusing on it. Trying not to overthink it. At least my doctor did a beautiful job, so I can't complain there. I had such a strong vision of what they'd look in size Iso yeah, it's a let down. But still, would recommend my doc. I just wish there had been better communication and understanding, from both the doctor and I.

Thanks, I'm not mad at his work, I just feel gypped in size. I was wanted that overly big look, without being overly big. Lol! If that makes any sense. And they have shrunk. I am standard implant size. I wanted to be above average but not crazy above average. Going to another doc to get them redone.

Ummmm.... I was aiming for a DD. And a month pot opt I looked great. Swelling is all they way down and I'm sitting at a large C to small D. I got no where near what I wanted. I worked in the adult industry as a exotic dancer. I can promise, I've probably seen more boobies than Cohen himself. Point is, I am very good at eyeing size. I did NOT get what I wanted. The thing that I DID NOT like is during the consultation, he gives you prosthetic breast to try on. The extremely through off. Most doctors have actually implants so you have an idea of what's going into your body. Had I been able to see an implant instead of a prosthetic boob, I'd be in a WAAAY different situation. I know this because there's a page on Instagram called, EdenKnowsImplants. I learned more from her than I did in my consultation office. Cohen is great if you're looking for a smaller size. But anything over a 450cc is WAAAAY past his comfort level

Also, VS is sized completely incorrectly. They said I was a C cup pre op. Look at my before photos, I was nowhere near a real C cup. This is way for them to market. This means if I'm fitting into my C cup bras at VS (really B cups) then WHY if I'm a DD am I able to fit into them??! It means he put me up 2 cup sizes instead of a solid 3 sizes. He specifically told me during my consultation "Don't worry about size". This to me says he knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. I trusted he knew. But he wanted to do what he wanted at the end of the day. He also kept telling me that because I'm an esthetician that I shouldn't got that big. I wasn't asking for an unreasonable size. Originally asked for 500cc and worked my way down to 450cc to be exact. Due me being a smaller built person I was under the impression that I would have breast that big at 415cc. And to be honest, my breast look smaller than the try-ons with the prosthetic breast. I'm sadly disappointed. I have wanted BA for years, always knew Cohen would be the guy to do it, even after moving to LA. It's an absolute letdown

My PS uses an insert that is teardrop shaped which I think your referencing as an prosthetic. I felt it was fairly accurate in size. The first PS consult I had used implants for sizing and I felt that didn't look as accurate as the teardrop insert I used at my 2nd PS office. I have pics posted under my review. I had a great PS who gave me exactly what I wanted based off what I told him w/o wish pics. I have 500cc and my breasts don't feel as large as they are. I think a lot of people come out feeling the way you do. I also agree with you about VS. Never ever get sized there! Ladies with large implants/big breasts always get sized incorrectly bc they only go up to a DDD. They sized me at a 36DDD but I wear a 34H?! I suggest getting sized at Nordstrom's at 12 wpo. Patience is the key. D&f can take several months and the fluff is totally worth the wait! I fluffed multiple times throughout the year. You can read my review anytime. I think your breasts look great! Give it a little more time and they may fluff a bit more. I am not sure if you have saline or silicone? Under or Above? Happy continued healing dear and take care. I just think it's ridiculous cause I wanted 500 cc and I went down 85 more cc than I originally wanted. I think it's also frustrating that I don't think that I was asking for an unreasonable size. When you start getting to 600 cc, that's when you're going way overboard. Ladies who want larger breast usually get high 400s or low 500s. If I had just got 500 or even 450, to even 485, i'd be less likely to be mad at my Doctor Who persuaded me into going to a 415. If you look at my doctors before and Afters he has never gone past the 450cc. I didn't realize that until I had a consultation with him and scheduled For surgery. He was trying to talk me down in size from the time I started chatting with him about it. The point being he wanted to do what he wanted at the end of the day and that's why I am mad. He even told me that I shouldn't go big because I'm becoming an aesthetician. I live in Los Angeles California, nobody's going to bat an eyelash if I had 500 cc and I was working as a professional aesthetician. So it's really hard for me to be patient because the swelling has gone down and I am three months postop, I have no drop and fluff, and I'm pissed. If I could take them out today I would do it. But I can't because I have to wait six months before getting a second surgery. Honestly, all I can say about this doctor is that he's great at his job but he's great at doing what HE wants to do. As of now I am seeking a second doctor so I can get the size that I had originally wanted. I am under the muscle high profile.

Sorry you're so unhappy with the size. At least they look fantastic! For what it's worth, sister sizing in bras means you technically fit into a wide range of cups.

Here's a breakdown of how it actually works:
34B is equivalent in cup volume to a 30D, 32C, and a 36A. This basically means with my size I can wear an A, B, C, or D (will change when I get my surgery 8/22). That can explain why you can still fit into your C bra.

Anyways, I see what you mean with you not having the "overly big" look without being too large in the chest. I do find your look to still be somewhat natural so if you want to go over a natural look 500cc would have probably been perfect.

AHH...A DANCER. Well, speaking as a customer huge breasts are a novelty that most men find fun in the bar but dislike in the real world. Don't go crazy big! Your smile and great dance moves will get you just as many tips as giant breasts.

I think what's frustrating is I don't believe ws asking for an unreasonable size. Between 450 and 500cc. He is jut the type of doctor who doesn't like going big. I got an average sized implant, when I wanted slightly above average. You also have to remember they look bigger on camera. From the side view, my implants look SMALL. This doctor wanted to do what he wanted to do. He kept telling me "because I'm an Esthetician now, I shouldn't go big." It's not up to him what my social, career, and personal life will be life if I'm larger. Nothing anyone can tell me will change my mind. But I do appreciate you saying they look big. But they completely Disappear and clothing. I basically have to wear the lowest cut shirts for it to look like that I have breast. So yes, I did not get what I paid for
