Two months post op. Feeling good, they are settling in and feel like me! I've discovered I like bra shopping now, because I have choices I never had before. Dr. Smith was awesome. He listened to what I wanted and I now have the breasts mother nature forgot to provide. Went with Allergan Inspira 485 cc SRM

Oh wow, you look great! Glad you're already having fun buying and trying new bras! How did your kids react to your surgery? Or did you even share it with them? Thank you for sharing all the helpful details of your surgery and recovery! Congratulations!

I have been asked to share my recovery…

I have been asked to share my recovery story. The first day I felt a lot of pressure, like when my breasts were engorged after having my kids. I had tenderness across my chest (my implants are under the muscle) and my incisions hurt (in the crease). My boobs looked really high and I was worried they would stay that way even though I had been told/read they would not. I also had thoughts that I went to big, and might have made a mistake. Sort of "post surgery blues" that lasted a couple days. As I began to feel better, I felt better about my decision.
After a couple days the pressure and soreness eased, but I definitely felt the stretching of the muscle where it attached to my sternum (bone in center of chest). I was frustrated because I have a very physical job and hated having to be patient and wait for healing before I could lift. Day 3 was probably my worst day as far as pain went. Sleeping in an inclined position made my back hurt. I ended up in the recliner for several days. I also discovered "morning boob" is real and ice packs are your friends. My first checkup with the doctor went well, and I have healed nicely. My scars are now smooth and pain free. They are still red-ish pink, but I'm told they will fade with time.
I no longer have pain, but do notice my muscle tighten over my implants when I pull the overhead chain to open the dock doors at work. It doesn't hurt, but its a weird sensation.

When I was sharing my recovery story, I forgot to add a picture. I can't figure out how to add it afterwards, so I will post it here. I do not have a before picture to share. Here are photos from one month and two months post.
