Happy with results so far - hope they appear bigger once they settle

It’s been one year since my surgery. My breast implants have bottomed out and they shift towards my armpits while lying on my back. Additionally, my breasts now have an animation deformity, meaning they change shape when flexing my chest muscles. After my one year post op appointment, I was informed that I can have a revision surgery to have the Galaflex internal bra inserted, which will correct the issues aside from the animation deformity. The quote I received is for $7,635. While I don’t regret my breast implants, they are far from perfect.

Still happy with the size. Wondering if implants are dropping a bit too much, nipple placement seems high…scars are healing nicely.

I'm 5'3" and weigh 135lbs with a wide-ish shoulder frame. I got 405cc and 445cc moderate profile implants. Pics are from days 1-5 post op. Happy with the results so far but hope they appear bigger once they settle.
