WORTH IT

I am a 28 year old model/actress who for the longest time dreamed of getting bigger breasts. I am 5'6 140 pounds with a small 36B but Pre Op.

John has been wonderful and he gave me what i wanted! At least a small 36D.He took all kinds of measurement's and knew exactly what my body needed for the new breasts. Had my 2 week check up with him yesterday and he said much of the swelling is gone. The drop and fluff has started but I know it will take at least a few months to see the final results. 

I took some measurement's and bought my first new bra which I will show in the pictures provided. I didn't think I was this big but I am currently a 36DDD now. I don't have huge projection but I have very good width coverage that gives me a DDD. A 36ddd fits me perfectly! I will see after a few months if I need to get a different bra size.The pictures shown were taken about 2 weeks post op.. I will report more later! a very happy girl Victoria

Congrats on your surgery and transition. Sounds like your PS did a great job also. Thanks for posting your story here as it will help all that follow in our footprints. And yes, I am also MTF trans. Had my top done 16 months ago. Please give us more details of your experience when you have time. Like saline/silicone. over or under muscle and incision spot. I went with 360cc. saline unders myself. Thanks and congrats again. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.....And I had the armpit incision done...………...
Your welcome! PS I am not transgender, I love all who wish to be as they see themselves. I had 400 Mod plus silicon over the muscle. The operation went very well with no complication's. No before pics to show sorry but I was only a small B cup. Incisions under the breasts with the bandages still there. Been 3 weeks now at post op and they are dropping well and getting soft but still have some way to go. I will take more pics later after a month or so.Very happy with the results and wore a 36ddd bra in my first pictures and it seemed to fit very well.

Its ok! your not the only one to think I was MTF
I see the problem. Your post is listed as "mtf breast augmentation". Might want to try and fix that…...Best wishes again for a speedy recovery...….
