3 week update

I went back to see my plastic surgeon and she said I could wear a regular bra without wiring or padding now since the compression band helped the girls drop. I absolutely am loving my results. I’m so happy I went with moderate profile plus because the side boob gives me more of that hourglass shape I wanted to achieve. My PS said a lot of people don’t want side boob because they think it will make them look wider, but to me I feel like it makes your waist look smaller and gives the look of fuller, more natural breasts. I have already noticed a different with using the scar cream. Here’s some update photos as well.

2 week update

Healing is going really well. I’m still having to wear the compression band and post surgical bra to help the girls to drop but it isn’t uncomfortable to wear anymore. I only wear the compression band 4-8hours a day. Hopefully another week of that and then I’ll be able to wear a regular bra without wire. Still filling out a 36D. I started using biocorneum scar cream per my physician and I use it twice a day for the next 3 months to help diminish my scar. I would recommend getting this product to anyone. It really does help. Pain wise, not bad. I can use my arms again to lift groceries and things like that where before I had no strength. I’m not using any pain medication or muscle relaxers so I’ve been able to go back to my regular diet. Can’t wait to start getting back to exercising though. I’m loving my results just two weeks postop.

8 days post op

I went to my first week follow up. My doctor was very happy with how well I’m healing and feeling. I was given the go ahead to shower normally and continue to wean myself off my pain meds. They also gave me a different post op bra that they recommend I should be wearing 6-8hours a day for the next two weeks that has a built in compression band and a larger fitting bra since I outgrew the first one. They removed the bandages and I was shocked by how minimal the incision is, I could barely see it. I was very happy. Still have some bruising, but not bad. They measured my bra size to be a 36D or 34DD so I couldn’t help myself but to run out and buy a 36D bra (wireless and no padding ) to try on. It fit perfectly, I can’t tell you how happy it made me feel. I threw out all my old teeny bras/bralettes that afternoon, it made me so happy. I know having breast augmentation isn’t a life hanging procedure, but to me having boobs has just made me feel more like a women. I do think I could have gone an extra 25-50ccs so ladies if you’re torn like I was just go bigger. Boob greed is real. I love my results, but I still think having gone a lil bigger would have looked great too. I’ve been following a very strict plant based diet, drinking a ton of water, green tea, warm prune juice, probiotics, multivitamin and going on daily walks to help my recovery. My arm strength isn’t good at all. I really can’t lift anything more than a couple pounds which is fine, but having a 3 year old needing to be heald is a lil difficult. here’s some updated photos as well. I go back in two weeks for a follow up with my physician. Again, overall this has been the best experience and my only wish was that I did it sooner
