All I wanted for my 50th birthday, 485cc, deflated AA, 4 days post-op

So, I finally answered my husband's question about what I wanted for my birthday....we researched several plastic surgeons and we're both impressed by Dr Lynam. His staff is super friendly, helpful and they really helped us plan for this journey! Dr Lynam was thorough and straight to the point letting us know what would be the largest he would go because of my size and although I'm only four days post surgery I am / we are absolutely delighted! I got 485cc started with a pitifully deflated AA and I don't know what size I'll have when things are settled I'm super excited! I think the hardest part about recovery is making myself relax. Sometimes breathing is difficult but adding an icepack I'm finding it allows me to take a breath without the stabs of pain. I followed my Patient Coordinator's advise and only did clear liquids when u came home, then a light diet the next day. I had very little bloating and thankfully no nausea!! I am accustom to drinking about a gallon of water daily so I commit to doing the same once I came home.... couldn't go to the bathroom without assistance because I had no strength to pull down my pants....but the next few days I just opted for skirts with anything underneath so I could go as needed. Lots of itching so I am applying bio-oil on top and side not below/ near incision site...I'll update more as time goes on...any advice on how you stopped the itching, and super tightness? Any other advice is welcomed
