They are dropping
WORTH IT
I’m finally starting to feel a little more comfortable with them. Most of the swelling has gone down but I do get these sharp pains every now and then. I sure they will continue to change but so far so good.
I don’t feel completely comfortable showing them off as far as wearing revealing tops. I feel like they still look like a just got a “boob Job”.

5 days post op and just trying not to cry
I am 5 days post op and I am trying not to panic. I am worried that because my breast are high profile my projection from the side will be way too much. I am so upset with myself for going into a surgery and trusting that he would give me something as natural as possible like I wanted.

Your breasts are gonna change 50 times in the next 50 days, relax and trust the process. I have mod plus xtra & I am 5 weeks post op and they're still dropping and fluffing.

Even though you wanted moderate profile, he might not have done it due to your chest measurements and what would fit best for your size. Once they drop, they will look more natural. Definitely give it more time. Five days is not enough time to judge how they will look at all.
You look great! I was so bruised w/my implants placed same time as bilateral mastectomy. What you have now will look so much better to you as time goes on. They r so swollen right now. If you could see what I looked like after the surgery you would die!
Ugh my doctor did this too. I’m two weeks out and praying they look more natural from the side but I made it really clear I wanted moderate plus and got high profile.
How are they looking so far? Are you happy with the size?
I’m happy with the size and they’ve already dropped some I just hate the way high profile looks from the side. Mine definitely looked like yours though but I feel like they’re dripping every day.
Totally trust the process! My boyfriend had dealt with me bawling for a week because I thought the same thing. Your photos are exactly how I was at the beginning and they're shaping out beautifully! It's a scary thing to see at first but give it time, they're going to be perfect (:

A Natural Looking Breast Augmentation
I had my breast done 4 days ago by Dr. Delmauro. I was super excited to be finally getting my breast done after all these years.
The day of my surgery I arrived and they made me change into my surgery gown, compression socks and a head knit. Finally he came in the room to ask what I wanted and what was my goal for this breast augmentation. I told him I want my breast to look more full, I don’t like or care for Projection just a natural subtle fullness. Like my own breast but a little bigger. He likes to go off of photos that he requires you to choose from on a certain website not by CC’s, which made me very uneasy because I already knew I wanted 375cc moderate profile like my twin sister has but he wanted me to choose from a website so I did.
I woke up from surgery with my chest feeling very tight which I expected and then my fiancé came and got me. The next day I found out that he gave me 400cc and High Profile implants. I am very upset because I wanted my breast to look and drop as natural as possible but now I am worried that they will look too big and extremely fake. I going to give my boobs sometime to drop before I start complaining.
