I’m a bigger girl with tiny breasts & finally on April 17th, I got the surgery done! I’m only 3 weeks post-op & right now I’m not too happy with how they look, as the bulk sits quite high & the size feels way too small. I'm 5'11 with a similar build/weight. do you have any before after pics? I'm 'shopping' for a good Height/weight breast size. thx.

hang in there. it can take 6 months for them to drop into their fluffed position and up to a year to fully heal. plus, it takes a little longer with bigger implants.

when the implant softens and the swelling has mostly gone down, so you end up with more projection and get that natural jiggle. the bigger the implants, the longer it takes to drop & fluff. so you should expect them to still be high for a while. it’s. lesson in patience but well worth the wait.

If u look at my pics, all I seem to have is projection. I really wanted nice round implants that are closer together. Mine look like 2 cones sticking straight out.

most do. but when they fluff they’ll be less cone-like and more boobacious. don’t be discouraged.
