I wanted breast reduction and lift for a few years. Traveled to Europe Slovakia where I was born cause it cost half price that in Canada. Unfortunately they refused me cause I do not live there and I had ECG showed 3 rd beat here and there.They got scared and I came back to Canada so disappointed.Then my girlfriend suggested Dr.D.Williamson. Only was on pain killers maybe 2 days after surgery.Office where my surgery was done looked beautiful and all staff was so professional and nice.I am 60 and now have boobs of 20 year old. I would like to thank everyone that played a part in my facelift procedure at the Oakanagan Health Surgical Centre. Dr. David Williamson and all his admin and surgical staff were all absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end. Even though it has only been two weeks since my surgery, the results are amazing! All my questions were answered and the procedure explained in detail, leaving me very comfortable with having the procedure. I am looking forward to seeing the final results in a couple months.

The issue that I had was causing me to have really bad back posture and constant back aches. It was holding me back from not being able to buy bras, having to only wear certain shirts, certain dresses and not wanting to go to pool parties or to the beach because I was scared people would see my problem and biggest insecurity. I struggled with this alone for years because I felt so insecure about it and alienated since there was no one in personal life or on the media that I could relate to. I’m so excited to start this new phase of my life and have the freedom I’ve been desiring for years. Will forever be grateful for this doctor who did an amazing job and handled me with concern and care. The surgery was filled with people that made me feel safe.

I have had breast augmentation sixteen years ago in Vancouver. I came to Dr. Willamson with the request to have revision with new implants. He was recommended by a friend. He had done such an amazing job on her that I knew I was in good hands. My procedure was December 8th 2021, and I am around eight weeks post-op. I am so very happy with them. He did an amazing job. He knows what he doing, very efficient, any questions I had were answered, and I felt no hesitancy in his work at all. The office was all around accommodating, and professional! Waited and wanted a tummy tuck after my last child was born over 20 years ago.

Recently dropped 80 lbs and kept it off with changing my lifestyle. Was feeling better but the tummy thing was doing my head in.

Took the plunge! Had full TT with extensive muscle repair and lipo. Lipo only on the front as the PS felt that it was too much of a risk to do further procedures. So glad he was ethical and talked me out of it!

Had the procedure March 3rd. Recovery has been rough. Reacted badly to pain meds so now off perscription narcotics and making due with my CBD gummies and THC gummy at night for sleep.

The binders are a struggle. Very uncomfortable and makes me feel claustrophobic. Struggling through with wearing it though as I don’t want to jeopardize my recovery and results.

I want so badly to do stuff but get completely wore out quickly. Listening to my body but man!!! I never imagined the recovery would be this exhausting. I have zero regrets with the procedure and know that I won’t see complete results for awhile.

My surgeon and his staff were absolutely amazing! Very very impressed with the whole thing. Will add pictures soon.

Dr. David Williamson not only is an amazing plastic surgeon, he is so incredibly ethical and understanding. He always kept me well informed and truly cares about his patients. His staff are second to none and the nurses at the surgical centre are so compassionate and helpful. I have a tummy tuck with extensive muscle repair and am currently about 7 weeks post op. No issues with infections, excess bleeding etc. I had a drainless (had what is called a pico dressing) procedure and am doing really well with recovery. If you are looking for an honest compassionate ethical plastic surgeon then Dr. David Williamson is your guy!

4 months post op.

Feeling better but still have swelling and discomfort when I do too much.

Learning to listen to my body and trust the healing process. Everyone is different. I was hoping I would be further along in healing. I am able to golf and swim and go boating but usually swell up and am sore for a day or so afterward. Then it seems that I have another gain on healing progress so the activity although sometimes a bit painful is aiding in the healing process.

From my consultation, the actual surgery and my aftercare, Dr. Williamson (and ALL staff) have been incredibly warm, caring and professional. I am 1 week post op. for rhinoplasty. My nose is better than I could've expected. He took extra time to ensure an excellent outcome. I would recommend him over and over! Extremely happy with my new nose. I had low self esteem from a bike accident as a child--a big dorsal hump to show for it...gone, and in it's place new confidence.

Two years ago I got a breast reduction with liposuction done by Dr. Williamson and I can not be more happy.
Warning: this is going to be long and very detailed. When I was deciding if I wanted to do this surgery I found the long reviews very helpful and liked when I could relate to them.I was 19 years old when I started looking into the idea of getting a breast reduction. I was very unsure if it was something that I even wanted and with it being my first surgery to be honest it scared me. However, my mom had just recently had one done by Dr. Williamson and spoke very highly and regretted waiting for so long. I thought I’d put myself on the wait list knowing it’d take awhile and that way I could think more about if it was something I wanted.After 6 months of being on the waitlist, I got my consultation. From the moment I stepped through the door my nerves were non existent. The staff were all so friendly. I received a lot of information and had all my questions answered. Dr. Williamson took the time to address any concerns and to figure out what would be right for me. I never considered doing liposuction, but he brought it up due to me have breast tissue near my armpits. He stated that some of his clients decline this because they don’t think it’s needed or it can be fixed by working out. After leaving this appointment I was still unsure if I wanted to do the reduction let alone liposuction. But I felt more confident in the surgery and had little doubts.Four months after this, I had it. I was over with my boobs. I called and asked to be put on a cancellation list because I simply could not wait much longer. Two weeks later I got a call on a Friday, saying I could be the first case on Monday morning!I arrived to the hospital, filled out the paperwork and was brought to a room where all the pre operative things were done. I met with Dr. Williamson where I got to ask any last minute questions, told him I decided to do the liposuction and was drawn on. Next thing I knew I was out of surgery and waiting to go home!The first three days were the worst. Not because I was in pain but because of how tight the wrap was. It was so much pressure. I found myself only taking pain meds to help with the wrap. The bruising from the liposuction was quite the sight. But after the first three days when I could finally shower and take the wrap off I was in love. The healing process was easy. I had to constantly remind myself not to pick up things cause i just had surgery, but I felt so good! My only complication that I had was I had my stitches pop where the incision meet under the breast. I called his office and they provided me answers and instructions on what to do. Simple enough!I honestly did not expect this surgery to impact me as much as it did. Physically, my back pain is non existent, my posture has improved, the dents in my collarbones have improved and I rarely have headaches. The one thing that surprised me most was how much my mental health improved. I gained so much confidence from having this surgery. I feel better about myself and it’s really impacted my day to day life.I would strongly recommend this surgery to anyone, any age. Also, do the damn liposuction. You’ll regret it later. Dr. Williamson and his team are the way to go!
