8 weeks post op

I’m now 8 weeks post op and I have no pain at all anymore. I went for a little run yesterday which felt a bit weird/uncomfortable, I think I need to wear a more supportive sports bra. I’m looking forward to getting back into exercise more post Christmas, I definitely need it!
My boobs are nice and squishy now. I’ve started wearing non-underwire bras more but still wearing my post op bras at night.
I’ve only recently started sleeping flat on my back because it felt so weird at first (almost like blood pulsing through my boobs and it was really uncomfortable) but side sleeping is still a no go, it hurts a little and feels uncomfortable.
Not much else to report, I don’t think I’ve noticed much of a difference in how they look for weeks now.
What I would love to be able to do is have a proper bra fitting so I know what size I am. My husband got me a couple of 32C bras for Christmas and they fit great, I’m not wearing them yet though. I need to check with my surgeon when I can where underwire bras.

6 weeks post op

I had my surgery 6 weeks ago today and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I could not be happier with the results and I feel so much more confident with my body. I cannot wait to get out of this COVID mess and go on a hot sunny holiday and wear a bikini with my new boobs!
I had my post op appointment with my PS last Wednesday as they are closed this week for Christmas. She was really happy with my results and cleared me for exercise. I jumped on the peloton yesterday and felt great for it.
I’ve been concerned that I can feel a lump on the side of my right breast but she confirmed it’s my implant (as I suspected) and encouraged me to continue massaging to help it fall into place and help them drop.
I’m still getting the odd bit of nerve pain but otherwise I’m feeling great. I was told that I can start wearing non underwire bras but weirdly I feel much more secure in my post op bras for now so I think I’ll keep wearing them and wear my bralettes for special occasions (not that they’re are any in the UK at the moment!)

4 weeks post op

I’m 4 weeks today. I still have the odd sharp pain especially if I overdo it. My breasts are still a bit tender to the touch below my nipples but otherwise there is no pain.
My incisions look good, I’m looking forward to be able to put cream on them but I’m going to wait until I see my surgeon next week as there are still scabs on them. My breasts are getting softer and the swelling in my cleavage has gone down. As I had textured implants, from what I’ve read they don’t drop and fluff as much as smooth implants so I’m not sure they’ll drop much more. I am really happy with how they are looking. You can’t tell I’ve had them done when I’m dressed which is a relief. I was adamant that they must look as natural as possible.
I went shopping on the weekend and bought 2 bralettes from Victoria’s Secret. They’re a size small and fit really well. I can’t wait to be able to wear them!
I’ve attached some updated photos.
