Surgery is on the books for a week from today, 06/10/2020. I have been wanting a breast augmentation for a very long time. I met with the Dr yesterday and we agreed on around the same size. I don't want to go below 400cc. He will decide on the exact size during surgery, I'm hoping 450cc will work. He decided on high profile silicone implants, under the muscle.

Pre Op Pictures

I wanted to add some pre op pictures. I currently wear a 34c, sometimes b. The right breast is a little higher than the left, making it appear smaller. However, the mass of the 2 breasts are about the same (the right weighing maybe just a little less). This is my anatomy, can’t really change it. The surgeon said that the implants will likely be the same size, and that a larger implant on the right side might make the unevenness more obvious. I’m not too super concerned with that.
I have full faith in my surgeon, and I’m confident the implants will be perfect. (Otherwise, why would have I chosen him)

BA just enhances our breast and exaggerates any asymmetry. If it's not by much you'll prob be fine but if it's a big difference the BA will make it stand out more than it does now. Does that make sense? To me, looking at your photos your difference doesn't seem to be that much so you should be fine. Usually 2 different sizes are used if it's a big size difference between breasts.
What size/profile are you getting? Over/under? Please share the details as I look forward to your results. Good luck.

I am beyond excited. The instructions that my surgeon provided were just a little bit different than the post-op instructions that they sent via email. Just little stuff, like when it’s ok to shower, type of bra, etc. Of course the team provided clarification, and said the printout was like a generic outline.
I think I’m just about ready. I bought a bunch of extra pillows. I plan on grocery shopping Tuesday for at least a weeks worth of food. I’ve just been taking extra care of myself lately to give the healing process a good start. On Tuesday I’ll also bring some stuff down from cabinets and shelves, since I won’t be able to reach them (like my coffee cups and books. Oh and my PS4 controller). Played my last pre-op round of golf yesterday, and plan to go surf tomorrow morning. It will be a bit before I can do either of those. I have a feeling that I won’t be back on my surfboard for at the very least a year. And I’m willing to sacrifice that hobby for boobs, if that turns out to be the case.
I’ve got everybody in the loop: my chiropractor, therapist and psychiatrist. All are on board! I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night quite a bit since I booked my surgery, which is unusual for me. I guess I am just really excited.

Thinking of you today for surgery today! Hope all went well and you heal quickly. I'm a few days ahead of you to feel free to check my progress so you don't have any surprises! I'm in San Diego too so I feel you on not being able to do typical beach activities this summer. Let's hope we heal fast so we can be active again :) At least it's basically always summer here haha
