Feeling GREAT! Days 1-4 were pretty rough. Muscles were very tight and could not do much on my own. Doctor didn’t allow me to drive until 1 week from surgery date which I was able to do with little to no discomfort. Wasn’t able to wash my own hair until the one week mark so I treated my self to a long overdue hair cut and wash (: check out my pictures from my one week post op! Girls are still high up there and pretty hard but I expected this from how tight my muscles were to begin with

Boobs look like torpedoes! But I expected that especially since my doctor told me how thick and tight my pectoral muscles are. In the first post op (yesterday, day after surgery) he said they look great and told me what to expect the next couple weeks. He wants me to keep the wrap on for 6 weeks straight and said mine should drop in the longer end of the 3-6 month period. Pain isn’t horrible but just extremely tight and my back and neck are more in pain than my actual boobs. Guess that’s just from sleeping in that upright uncomfortable position.
Today I was able to shower but needed my boyfriend to help. Still can’t do much on my own but I know things will only get better from here!!! Hopefully! Haha

You look awesome!! I am going to have 450 cc Mentor Silicone HP. Hoping for your speedy recovery.
Thank you!!! I wish I would’ve gone a little bigger but he said 375 was the biggest I could do :( good luck to you!!! Let me know how it all goes!
Yes i will update you. Enjoy your new twins
looking forward to your progress pics! I have similar stats as you and I’m figuring out what kind of look, size, and profile I want! Did you consider going moderate plus instead of high profile? Did you try on sizers or did you just show him your wish pic and he told you what you’re body could handle?
He didn’t really give me a choice for moderate plus he just saw that I didn’t have much breast tissue and straight away told me high profile was the best for me! He said high profile fit my breast width best since they re narrower. And I tried on sizers and liked the 350 look but later ended up changing it to 375 which Is the largest he would do on me! if I went bigger than 375 I’d get stretch marks but he also took into consideration that I’m very active so getting them too big would get in the way. Looking back I wish I would’ve shown him wish pics so definitely do that with your surgeon!
I think 375 on your height/build will end up looking so great on you and probably bigger than you think once they drop :) I'm not an expert but I have been looking at soooo many reviews haha. Yours will probably end up on my wish boob board, so I'm stoked for you!
Thank you!! (: that makes me feel better! I’ve seen other smaller framed girls go bigger than 375 so I’ve been worried I went too small. I’m just dying to see them drop!!
My comment below was supposed to be in this reply box oops!
no problem! Yes I could imagine you are haha the time will fly by and they'll drop before you know it! Happy healing :)

Just had my surgery today at 3pm at imagos plastic surgery in Miami! Dr. Jose Perez Gurri was my surgeon and I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing he is!!!
Starting in the consultation, I was extremely nervous and he was the first and only doctor I had gone to. But the moment he came in I calmed down because of how down to earth and straight forward he is. I was looking for a natural look and that is what he specializes in. I had many questions walking in but he literally answered all of them leaving me with nothing to ask lol
Next he asked me questions regarding whether I had kids or wanted kids. I’ve never had kids but do look forward to breast feeding in the future so he decided on the breast crease incision as it has less complications. After taking a look at me he said I was very athletic and my skin was tight with little breast tissue so he wanted to do 350 HP silicone, sub muscular. This was all in July 2018 so after getting all the information from Monica my coordinator, I went home and thought about it. I also spoke to my mom (not dad lol) as I still live at home and had to let her know. My dad worries too much and I preferred waiting till after to tell him. However he ended up finding out sooner lol. I’ll explain later!
Flash forward to September, I called and scheduled for September 20! My Preop was September 14 and we finalized the sizing. However, Two days before surgery I called to ask about sizing one last time because I was scared I would regret not going larger and he said the most he’d do was 375cc due to my high risk of stretch marks.
Surprisingly I wasn’t nervous leading up to the surgery and even today I wasn’t nervous until the anesthesiologist came to do the IV. He was so funny and made me feel so comfortable and I really had nothing to worry about! I barely felt the iv go in. Regarding pain though I have very good pain tolerance and that’s probably due to being an athlete and former college softball player. After being prepped, I was rolled to the OR where I was awake for maybe 2 minutes before going out. I didn’t even realize that I was going out all I remember was looking around and Next thing I know I’m awake and in recovery!!!!
Pain was actually worse than I thought but that was due to my pec muscles being extremely developed from being and athlete and heavy lifting I do regularly. Doctor warned me of this prior to surgery and even said “saying your an athlete is an understatement” haha. I guess he had some trouble getting the implant in ???? Aside from the pain and pressure I felt on my chest, I was perfect!!! Not drugged up, no sore throat, NOTHING. Luckily I was able to go home soon after I woke up (1 hour after surgery lol) and have the BEST support system!!! I haven’t been able to do much on my own but my boyfriend, grandma, and mom are really super humans lol I’m hoping to feel better tomorrow so I don’t have to rely on them for so much. Anyway, I’ll post a before pic and some wish pics and then make sure to post some progress pics later on! Still haven’t seen my new girls but tomorrow in post op I will!! ????

Congratulations on your successful breast augmentation. We have the same plastic surgeon. I have my BA scheduled with Dr. Gurri next Thursday, Sept 27. I hope my surgery goes smooth as well. Update us as you go along.
