Hi!
I am new here. My PS suggested this site for before and after photos and for getting more information about a BA from women that have had the procedure. I had my consult end of November and have been a lurker since then. The info gathered has been incredibly helpful so I would like to contribute and have a little online support group. :)
My BA is my early birthday present to myself. I successfully nursed 3 babies and had very short interval pregnancies. I loved how my boobs looked when I was breastfeeding/full of milk. However, after I weaned my 3rd child I deflated and lost lots of upper breast fullness. Then I lost some more weight and they started to sag. I have been thinking about getting a BA for the last 6 years but seriously in the last 6 months. Several of my friends have recently had this done and are completely in love with their new boobs. So, here I am biting the bullet and doing it!!
I will be 37 next month. I am 5 ft 7 and approx 130-135 lbs. I have an athletic build and I have been doing all kinds of dancing since I was about 6. Dance fitness, ballet etc.
I tried some sizers on at my consult appt and at my preop and am going for about 275-300cc. Under muscle. Saline because of safety (scared of a silent rupture and saline just gets reabsorbed by your body. Under breast crease incision site. I'm also going to have a bit of micro-liposuction under my armpit to prevent the buldge you get with bras sometimes on the advice of my surgeon. I am currently a 34 B at Victoria’s Secret, not filling it out too well with gaping cups. My goal is to restore volume on top and fill out my dresses again....A very full C or a small D. 34D maybe but no larger as I do not want to look top heavy. I am a healthcare professional and want to remain professional and have my patients focus on my taking care of them and not on me LOL. I also sometimes wear leotards for dance and I don’t want to be a huge busty ballerina. If I want huge boobs I will play them up with a push-up bra for extra volume. I've had 2 friends that said they wish they went smaller....reading most people say the opposite.
I submitted wish pics I found on Real
Self to my PS and they printed them out and will have them in the OR during my surgery. I also had a boudoir photoshoot while I was nursing my youngest so I brought some photos to show PS about what I want to get back. They were very helpful info for PS.
My surgery is scheduled February 5th, 2020.
Attached, please see my
Before pic and my wish pics and my
Boudoir pics how I looked before while breastfeeding

Hiiii I was just wondering if your dr suggested you have a lift? I am very similar to your before pics and also breastfed 3 babies but I don't want the lift. My dr is suggesting I do one. But it looks like yours are amazing without. Was not getting a lift a decision against your dr suggestion?

Hey hey. 4 days post op here. No my plastic surgeon said I didn't need a lift. I specifically asked if I did. The boobs stayed pretty perky, just lost the upper fullness. I'm not going to sugar coat things this post op pain sucks. I've had 3 kids no pain meds and kidneys stones and this is worse. I didn't have a lift but I did have some underarm liposuction on the advice of my PS to eliminate a potential bra buldge. That is more painful than my breasts at the moment. My armpits are on fire. I posted a few pics from 8 hrs post op and from yesterday 3 days post op after my shower. Good luck with your research. I can already tell I will be thrilled with the result and these painful days will be behind me.

Sizers at preop 300cc

Tried on sizers at my pre-op. I also brought some dresses. I love my current wardrobe and I wanted to make sure my dresses still fit. I usually wear an XS or SM. I don’t want to throw any away. Currently wear a 34B. My PS suggested they overfill to 325cc to achieve the 300cc look. Heard you lose some volume under the muscle after they are “installed”? LOL I don’t want to be more than a 34D post op. Thoughts ??

I feel like I’m nesting when I was having my girls and preparing for my hospital births.
Picked up my meds. Organized all my supplies and pills I need. This week is all about meal prep and freezing some stuff so I can have it during recovery. My husband is taking 2 days off work to help me out. My surgery is on a Wednesday. Paid extra for the R&R to stay overnight at the hospital.
Here are some more before pics in a tank top. And my meds basket.
I also went to VS and bought a 34D bra. My surgeon said to buy a nude brand new bra of the size I want to be. She will sterilize it and try on the cups during my surgery when I’m on the table. I basically don’t want to be bigger than a 34D or all of my cute dresses and tops won’t fit anymore. I am currently a 34B, so am aiming to go up two cup sizes. 275-300cc. VS had a sale buy two get one free so I got three. They have a 90 day return/exchange so hanging on to my receipt in case they don’t fit.
