Looking great!
They look amazing! I also nursed three babies and am scheduled to get saline implants so I was wondering how do they feel? Sorry if it's tmi it's making me so nervous getting saline but I'm so against the silicone as my friend got really sick from one of hers rupturing. I have very little breast tissue (a lot like your before pic actually) and am getting 400ccs under the muscle. Will they be soft and bouncy? Can you feel the edge of the implant or notice any rippling? Sorry for all the questions lol
Hi! I know saline feels harder than silicone but I was terrified of silicone for the same reasons as you. If saline ruptures it is safer and it gets reabsorbed into your body. The implants are not visible and I don't notice any rippling. Another benefit of saline is a smaller scar because they blow them up via a tube inside you vs stuff the already full silicone inside a bigger opening. I will try to take a selfie boob squishy video for you this week. Don't be nervous you will do amazing!!
Hey @Angela_1990 just a tad bit of info, all implants including saline are made with silicone. All implant shells are made w/silicone so either way you have silicone in you. I know more ladies that got sick from saline oppose to silicone. Some found mold and mysterious white stuff floating in their saline implants upon removal. I initially was going to do saline but I was afraid if one somehow deflated, I'd go around with one boob. Another point I didn't know until after I got implants was "BII - breast implant illness". I always thought it was in their head until I started experiencing symptoms (review posted). I was 21 mpo when I started noticing issues (hair loss, swollen lymph nodes, increase joint inflammation amongst others). However I do not plan on removing unless I become completely debilitated. I am completely in love with my Mentor MemoryGel implants. They feel much more natural than saline which can feel hard. I hope these few things help you out. Also get whatever you want, don't let the PS sway you because their more comfortable doing one over the other. Good luck. I hope you post a review about your experience. :-)
That wold be awesome I love those videos! As far as them feeling "harder" is it really noticeable? Like before I had kids they were really firm and perky so I miss that feeling lol but like will my husband notice a major difference?? That's what I'm most worried about honestly haha
I don't think they are harder than before kids. Possibly a tad. You just feel "fuller". The beginning of the recovery if feels like your engorged with milk and your milk is coming in. I'm able to sleep on my stomach now and I don't notice them being hard. They are firm and perky like before kids. My husband loves them too and said I rewound the biological clock!! Do the saline, you won't be worried running around about a silent rupture etc. you'll feel more confident. I am a very active mama of 3. Back to doing dancing, hip hop, ballet, hiking etc. they don't get in the way. I am glad I went with 275cc. I was going to go bigger but glad I stopped myself. Once you wear a bra and clothes they fill out my tops. I just wanted to look like I did when I was full of milk while breastfeeding, not bigger. Pre surgery I was about a 34B now I am a 34DD at VS but going to Nordstrom today to get remeasured for some of their bras
I think 275 l@@ks AMAZING on you!! Very proportionate. Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS!
Stunning transformation
Oh thank you so much! I hope my review was helpful

How long did u wait to come back at work as a nurse?
I took about 4 weeks off. I work part time and make my own schedule so we able to without having to put in for any medical leaves etc. nobody knew I had them done and you can't tell in scrubs etc. I obeyed the no heavy lifting rule x 6 weeks
You look great! I’m using some of your pictures as my wish pics. I’m a nurse too with almost identical stats and stuck in between picking 275 or 300. You seem really pleased with your size. Would you still pick 275 if you had to do it again?
25cc isn't a big difference. But I am happy I didn't go bigger. When you put a bra on and clothes. They definitely fill out tops more etc. if you read my previous thoughts I was scared of looking top heavy.
Really appreciate the info, it’s very helpful. Thanks so much!
Hi there! Looking great! I have similar height and weight, bf 3 kids too, wondering what was your breast width diameter?
Also wondering the difference btwn your 2 implants. The bigger one was hp but what was the smaller one?

4 months post op!

Here I am 4 months post op. I feel like I can start sleeping on my tummy again. Still would be too scared to have a massage on a hard table. Love my results! Glad I didn’t go bigger. They do get bigger as they drop and fluff. I think I came very close to my wish pics. 34D but band is a bit tight so when VS reopens I might try 36D or 34DD.

Just wondering. Did your right breast finally catch up with your left? My right implant hasn’t dropped and I’m kind of worried that i might havta go for revision... :(
Yes! My right was always higher and now they are pretty much at the same level. Just takes patience. I was worried about a revision too. Hang in there !
Good to know yours turned out the way you wanted them to! They look great btw! Thanks I’ll keep that in mind. I pray mine turn out as great as yours.
Ah, you look wonderful!! We really do have similar boobs, haha. This gives me hope that mine will eventually fluff out in the bottom and have a more natural slope. It’s SO HARD being patient.
They look amazing!! Has it made your veins more visible or prominent on your breasts? I too have B/F 3 kiddos and after my surgery my veins are really visible, they look like when I was engorged
I noticed them about 2 months post op, but I don't see any veins on the nipples now. Sometimes depending what bra I wear it presses them Into an awkward spot. Love them naked haha. I will keep updating my journey. Victoria Secret Reopened but dressing rooms closed and they can't measure you Dang it
