Day 21 post op

A picture update. IN LOVE!
I can 100% see a difference now and how they are starting to drop and fluff, much rounder and fuller at the bottom and less 'stuck on' hard look. All discomfort has completely gone now. Nipples still numb.

Post Op Day 19

Everything is settling down and can see they have become softer and lower. Today is the first day i have woken up without discomfort. I have had 0 pain but each morning when getting up its like all the blood rushes to them and they get tingly and uncomfortable. I also found that with a change in temperature they almost get pins and needles and can feel everything tensing up. Still cant fully reach above my head but pretty much back to normal routine, driving, cooking, cleaning, looking after my daughter- still cannot pick her up but she is 5 so its not an issue.
I do feel like my left breast is harder than the right but only slightly, i have researched seems to be a common thing with them being 2 different operations they may heal at slightly different paces. I am not concerned as it is still so early in recovery phase.
I need to buy another MACOM bra as these are the best, i got given one with my surgery and purchased some other ones from elsewhere, i can feel the difference in terms of discomfort when i wash the MACOM bra and am wearing one of the others. I would recommended everyone to get 2 of these!! So you always have another to change into.

Pall Mall Cosmetics, Motiva Ergonomix 355cc, Mr Krishnan

I am using this platform to document my BA journey. I found it really helpful when i was researching the procedure, and also feel that other than the posts from paid influencers, i could not find any info on Pall Mall Cosmetics.
My stats
30 YO
1 Child
5ft 2
120lbs/54kg
I attended my consultation with Mr Krishnan back in Dec 2023, i knew exactly what i wanted after already visiting other clinics/Dr's but just couldn't find a surgeon i clicked with.
The hospital itself is lovely, private car park, clean, complimentary tea/coffee. Mr Krishan is great, man of few words but explains everything in laymans terms, tells you what the complications could be and what to research. I told him my desired look- natural looking C cup with fuller upper pole, i had lost all fullness from BF'ing my daughter for 13 months. He took a few measurements from my chest and suggested Motiva Ergonomix implants with Dual Plane method as this will show the most natural results.
We tried a few different sizes on and decided 340-360cc would be best.
I went straight through to my patient co-ordinator, Vicky Boyd, where i booked the first available date for my operation.
Vicky is a sweet girl but i just think the communication lacks massively. I asked many questions and always had to follow up with another text to get a reply. Its 13 days post op now, i sent a text 13 days ago asking a question following my surgery, it still remains unread.
This being said, when she does finally come back to you, she is always apologetic and will eventually answer your question. My surgery also got rearranged twice which i was miffed (to say the least) about as i had already arranged childcare etc, Vicky did try to make arrangements for me but in the end i sorted everything myself as i just didn't want to loose another slot. My uncle had to take a full day off from work in the end so i could make my second rearranged appointment (which i had to reimburse him for)
My advice would be get everything set in stone before you make payment!!! Compensation was mentioned due to the messing around, but it has never been mentioned again.
The surgery itself-
I arrived at the hospital, got shown to my room, private, en-suit, TV with Netflix, changed into my gown, put on my compression socks and the nurse began to take obs. Mr Krishnan was ahead of schedule so from arriving to walking into theater id say it was only about 40 minutes! I had brief chat with anesthetist who was lovely, then Mr Krishan came and marked me up, we decided on 355cc.
The male nurse who got me ready for theatre was the best member of staff i had come across in this process, he could tell i was nervous (silent tears running down my face) of the anesthetic so kept me chatting, joking, i climbed onto the bed and before i knew they had put the drip into my arm, i was asleep. I cannot remember waking up or how i got back to my room.
The immediate after
I couldn't stop staring at my boobs, i still cant, im in love! I called my auntie who was back at the hospital within 30 minutes. I wasn't in any pain. The nurse put my compression bra on for me, gave me my medication, i ate my meal and 3 hours after the op, i was back in my own bed.
The following days
I have been in very minimal pain. The pain i am experiencing is more due to the position i have to lay in and is in my back. That has been the hardest part of recovery- sleeping. But by day 5, i had full nights sleep, still in upright position.
Another hard part for me has been not being able to wash. I gave in on day 3 and had a shallow bath, i wrapped my boobs in cling film and washed under my arms and stayed in there for 15 minutes, it was better than nothing but i was craving a proper wash!!
I have added some pictures of before, immediately after, and another picture i got when i had my bath on day 3 and more recently a pic from yesterday. I will upload more until fully healed.
Day 13-
I have had my plasters removed and scars healing nicely. Have not heard a peep from Pall Mall, the message to Vicky is still unread so I decided to call the after care team. Line rings straight out. I am noticing a common theme here, once the money is received, and especially once surgery has taken place, all communication can be forgotten about!!!
BUT - I will recommend Mr Krishnan himself a million times over to anybody considering surgery!!
