350-375 HP Silicone

WORTH IT$6,500
I have finally decided to jump the gun and get bigger boobs. While I am very excited, I’m also nervous!!!
My doctor Laura Bennett in Abilene has been amazing so far. I’ve told her my bigger fears of getting BA. The first, losing nipple sensation. And the second, feeling too top heavy after surgery.
I’m hoping to get a nice full/perky shape without looking too “augmented”
Lately I have been psyching myself out as surgery is getting closer. Wether I should choose HP or UHP, gummy or silicone. I have finally decided I just need to stick to my original plan!
I will be having surgery this Thursday 9/6. My doctor will decide upon surgery whether 350cc or 375cc is right for me. Going “too big” can increase the chance of losing nipple sensation so I strongly trust her judgment. She has been absolutely wonderful so far and has made me (and my husband) feel so confident in choosing her and her practice.
Hopefully the healing process won’t be too harsh. I am an avid gym go-er and enjoy lifting and running everyday. I think taking off from the gym will probably be the hardest part during this time! :-(

My husband tried to stay with me a long as possible. Had to change into my gown, sign a million disclosures, and the nurse attached an IV in my arm as well as a patch she stook in the back of my ear to help with nausea. Dr. Bennett came in and made me feel so much better. (I was kinda freaking out) She did some markings on my body, talked to me about the surgery, and then we took one last “before” pictures of my ta-ta’s. The last thing I remember is saying bye to my husband then getting strolled in by a nurse.
They said the time out loud, 10:50am. Moved from my strolling bed to the operating table. My nerves were getting the best of me. My anxiety was kicking in. I could literally feel my heart beating faster and faster. The very last thing I heard was a nurse standing behind me say, “Ok, I’m going to sneak in some feel good medicine and you should be ready for sleep!”. The next thing I know, I’m standing in front of a nurse and she’s telling me the “the operation was a success, and they look great!”. It’s like I blinked and boom, it was over. Craziest feeling ever. When I asked what time it was, she said it was 12:45pm!
My throat was KILLING me. (It still kinda is and is hard to talk). When you are asleep and going through surgery, you will have a breathing tube that goes down your throat. So that explains the sore throat. While I am still VERY uncomfortable. It’s not as bad as I hyped this up to be. We have an automatic reclining sofa that has been a life saver right now. Ive been icing this whole time and taking my meds every 3 hours per doctors orders. I actually feel pretty good! GET A TRAVEL PILLOW, it will save you.
Dr. Bennett said I can remove the wrap tomorrow, lightly shower, and then put on my bra that attaches from the front (I call it my grandma bra ????)
Before surgery I was taking stool softeners and plenty of Arnica. I’ve heard constipation is a side effect to the meds. Arnica helps with the swelling and/or bruising.
So far, I’m a happy camper and couldn’t be happier with my Doctor and over all experience. The Nurses were also very sweet to me.

Day after Surgery

I slept very well last night. I have my bed to thank for that. My bed has a remote control to where you can adjust your head or legs to be high. I slept slightly sitting up no problem!
Been taking my meds every three hours and they must be working bc I have no pain. The only time I feel pain is when I move/adjust my body. Getting up to use the restroom is a task. Thank God for my sweet husband. He’s been such a huge help making sure I take my meds, feeding me, changing my ice packs, and just overall being a super husband.
I did take my wrap off today to take a peek at my new boobies and they are WAY up there. They look good though! I’m so excited to see them drop.
Eating has been hard. My throat is still sore from the breathing tube. I have no appetite but I know I need to eat while on pain meds. Also, I’ve been superrr itchy, I think it’s a reaction to the meds.
