Haven't done the procedure yet, but scheduled for the March 23 next year. Feeling very excited, but started to have doubts about the size. I think 450CC will be too large for the end result I am aiming. I couldn't help but fell way too large with the rice bags in my bra...I did just as advised - measured 450g of rice in a ziplock, put them in a larger bra and put on my favorite t-shirt...I looked like a [RS bleep] with enormous breasts. I can't wait to go back for my pre-op and try on the implants again.
I have an amazing surgeon and trust him with picking the right size for me, but I think I haven't showed the right pictures to describe exactly what I want. So, I'm posting my "wish list" here, so I will have these handy next time I see him :)
I am aiming for a very natural looking breasts, larger than I have right now :)

So, tomorrow is my final pre-op appointment and the payment day :) I am very excited and a little scared at the same time. I guess it's normal, as I see a lot of posts saying exact same thing. I keep thinking that I will come out with huge melons and will look a little "funny" (although I did share my ideas with the doctor, I keep thinking I wasn't clear enough). I still want very natural looking breasts, that would fit my newly purchased lingerie :D Oh goodness :) So many thoughts rushing through my head! Things that won;t leave me alone:
* How soon will I be able to play with my kids again?
* How painful is it going to be after the procedure?
* How soon will I be able to recover?
* How soon the swelling will go down?
* When will I be able to resume my GYM sessions?
* When will I be able to go on vacation?
I think I have answered one question for myself though - when I wake up after the procedure I would be happier to be on the smaller side. I guess one of the biggest fears is to be very large chested :D Hope tomorrow all my fears will go away. I can't help but keep browsing all the augmentation work on this site, which make me doubt myself every time after...Any suggestions? Thoughts?

The pre-op meeting went well. Decided to go with 400CC instead :) I have only 17 days left until my OD and getting very excited :) I have purchased my post-op bra (Wonderbra, underwire, 36C), continue taking multivitamins and counting days :) It looks like the first 3 days will be miserable and after that should be better, so I'm mentally preparing myself for that.
