I am 62. Dr Waslen & his staff are amazing!! I am now 8 weeks post op and I am more than happy. My boobs look amazing! I have received so many compliments and they are already soft to touch & not to mention my scar is healing great. I definitely recommend Dr Waslen to anyone. I am very happy with my results. My follow up care was great. Elaine even texted me answers to questions and the other girls at the office were awesome.

I decided to do a Liposuction due to fats in my waist, love handle and bra line. I went to Dr Gregory Walsen for this procedure. Here are some pics at 5th day. My procedure went well. The only issue I had was being nauseous after the surgery, other than that, pain is just at level 2 on the 1st to 2nd day. Third day is fine and was able to go out on the fourth day. Binder was taken out on the 4th day and taken a shower. My first visit to my doctor will be on Tuesday, 6th day.

When I tell people I got a neck lift at 30, people think I'm crazy. However, it is genetic (my mother has quite the neck skin as well) as well as its from my job. I was a welder for 12 years. With my head always down, I always noticed more lines and skin on my neck than my friends. When I originally spoke to the doctor about doing the neck lift, he said to come back and see him in 4-5 years. He said he saw what I was talking about but felt I was too young. We talked about it some more and he agreed to do it (love having a doctor that doesn't push procedures onto you). We then talked about doing fat injections under the eyes (it's always been very hollow under my eyes) and lips as well. Waking up from the surgery with the lower half of my face frozen, I was miserable. It got worse for about 3 days before it started getting better. Those 3 days are hell!! They did warn me that I would be ugly for 10 days and they were right! After day 10, I could wear make up and look ok. From day 7 to day 12, I felt I was healing by the minute. I am now 15 days post op and feel like I look great. Still some redness and swelling but already better than before. The laser rocovery is no joke! But well worth it so far and I haven't even see. The full results yet. Very happy with the fat injections and neck lift as well but because the laser recovery was so extreme, that's what I seem to focus on.

Originally saw dr.walsen for rhinoplasty. Which turned out better than I could have hoped for. I love that he is straight to the point and very honest. I then decided to have a neck lift and co2 laser done. Which was absolute hell to recover from. I had a breast augmentation booked 8 days after the laser and neck lift. When I woke up from that surgery, I said "cancel the boobs" because I was hating life so much haha. They said "ok we'll talk in a couple days". Of course I still wanted the boobs! I am now 3 days post op from breast augmentation and everything is going well. Face/neck is healed and looks amazing. Can't wait for the boobs to be healed. Waslen truly is the best at everything. Can't say enough good things about him and his entire staff.

We had a consultation with Dr.Waslen today and it was great! He has great sense of humor, answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. I am looking forward to booking a surgery with him. At first I didn't know what to expect, based on all negative reviews. However I knew exactly what I wanted and that I was not looking for a friend, but rather an honest opinion. Dr.Waslen was nothing but very professional, kind and fun! I am very happy that my husband and I have decided to see him and not someone else instead. I left the clinic full of positive emotions and can't wait to go back for the actual procedure! I am in recovery right now and I can already see how beautiful my breasts will be! I have received answers to all my questions during the preparation period either via Email or over the phone. I've always wanted big boobs since I was about 19, after 2 kids my boobs were no longer what they used to be, I'm 5'4" and 125lbs. I wanted boobs large enough to achieve the look I wanted but not so big that they'd make me look wide, I'm 12.5 bed, that accompanied by my saggyness my doctor suggested 535 uhp he said thT would be the largest that would fit inside my frame and the uhp should lift them and fill them quite a bit, I asked about a lift three the nipple but he said he didn't think I needed it at this time, if I felt I wanted in later down the road we could do it then. After trying on the sizers for a good hour I decided to go with 590 uhp and my doctor said that would still be fine and fit in my frame. Over the next few week waiting for surgery I wore the rice sizers a few days as the number 590 sounded huge n way too big for me but I didn't feel that way when I had the sizers on so I just went for it. I was also getting extremely nervous for surgery as if never even had stitches!! Updated on 11 Jul 2015: When I woke up I was delighted with the size, I think I made the perfect choice, the surgery was not as bad as I thought and the pain is quite tolerable with the medication, I've just been relaxing in bed and covering them with a towel and Ice packs periodically has kept the swelling down. I can't wait for them to settle n drop I love them already. I think once they fluff and drop the 590 will be give me to look I desired, I don't feel they are too big at all and think I would have defiantly been disappointed if I went any smaller. Also a friend of mine and the nurse both warned me about the swelling moving down into the tummy region n retaining water, this can last 2 week so be prepared to look chubby and don't take it into account it will leave, by gf warned me she was unaware of this n thought her boobs were making her look fat n was very upset n crying, so good thing to be prepared for Updated on 12 Jul 2015: Feeling a bit weird and hung over from all the pain meds, I've been icing the new girls on and off and just resting, they don't feel too bad and swelling isn't too bad either. Still bloated in the tummy too Updated on 14 Jul 2015: Today I had my stitches removed, my doc said everything looks great, and to start massage now, as soon as I massaged a few times my boobs felt so much better, I'm basically off my pain meds now and feeling a lot better today. I am so happy n happy with the great job Dr waslen did, so far I have no double bubble n there perfect. Considering I already had great tissue n a big of sagging that was s big concern of mine. I had Juvederm treatment on my 'laugh'lines by ANOTHER DOCTOR (not Dr.Waslen) I ended up having complications soon after and the doctor who should have taken care of it, left for the weekend! So for my own sanity I called the Calgary Surgical Clinic, assuming they would have suggestions of what I should do in my case. I spoke with Elaine, Dr. Waslen's RN,on the phone. She urged me to get the anti-juvederm injection ASAP. Being aware of what was going on and what I needed, I went to our local ER but our city is small and there was no plastic surgeon or ANY doctor on call who had the injections I needed. I was in allot of pain and not comfortable just going home and waiting it out. So, late in the evening, I called Dr. Waslen's office and spoke with Dr. Waslen. He urged me to come to Calgary and said I could see him at his clinic when I arrived (which was 1:15am!) He went above and beyond, especially seeing as I wasn't even a patient of his! He truley cared about fixing my situation. He was thorough, gentle,insightful and I felt the anxiety lift as I knew I was in good hands (finally). He saw me again, with his nurse, Elaine later that morning. They both knew what they were doing, what needed to be done and did it. They educated me on what I needed to know and how to help myself in the remaining days and asked that if I have further issues, to keep them informed and to call anytime. Now I know if anything happens again I will be in the best hands possible. If I chose to do cosmetic procedures again I will definitly see Dr. Waslen! Very caring, educated and informed- I could not have ended up in better hands. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Waslen and his outstanding nurse Elaine for turning a potential disaster into a manageable situation.

After nursing 3 kids, I was deflated. I needed to retore my breasts and have an areola reduction. So far things are healing great and I am definitely on the mend. I chose 480 and 455 UHP. I have had a lot of tightness but the pressure hasn't been too bad. so far I am very happy and my surgeon said things looked great at 4 days post op!! Updated on 27 Dec 2014: Updated on 29 Dec 2014: Today is 11 days and I am feeling pretty good! More energy is coming back daily and finding the tightness ok. Getting more used to this size everyday, and finding sleeping a bit easier too. Another week with the tape on my areolla but the are healing really well. My bruising is starting to come down(patience)!! Updated on 4 Jan 2015: Just took my tape off today, I am now 17days post op. Was nervous to look but I think it is coming along pretty good! Bruising goes down everyday which makes them look better!! I am also feeling good and can snuggle with my kids again which I couldn't wait to do!!!! Updated on 17 Jan 2015: I've for sure had my ups and downs with these boobs!!!! I get impatient with the healing process!!! I am fully back to doing everything, and Monday I will start working out again, which I have missed so much! Slowly dropping into place, and I don't have any tightness anymore. I still get morning boob but the better I am with massaging the less pain I have. My areola look better everyday and almost all the scabs are gone. Updated on 20 Jan 2015: 4.5 weeks.
