35, 2 Kids, Small Frame, Athletic Build. Hoping for NATURAL Looking Results. Surgery in One Week!

So far I have zero regrets. Recovery was NOT bad - I was never really in pain, it was more like fullness and muscle aches, similar to the feeling when you’re breastfeeding and enforced after not nursing for six to eight hours. I am so glad I did this for ME. It has increased my body confidence which in turn helps me feel more confident in other areas of my life. I feel good naked - something I’ve never in my life been able to say ??

I’m 2 weeks out tomorrow and today had a follow up appt with my PS where he removed my stitches. He showed me how to do displacement massage on the breasts and I couldn’t believe how hard he wants me to squeeze and push! After being SO careful this whole time, not even giving real hugs for fear of them being touched, it was hard to believe that It’s ok to squeeze them but my PS assured me that it is and he wants me to use a good amount of pressure to make sure the pocket the implant sits in will stretch out and allow things to soften and drop. He also gave the ok for moderate exercise (for me this means Zumba and Barre) and swimming! It was 90 degrees today and I live by the beach so needless to say I was psyched to a. Put on a bathing suit and b. Swim in the ocean! I drove home from the appt very happy - feeling today like I’ve finally “made it” through the major part of my recovery and could resume normal life which was a huge relief! The other thing that made me happy was that for the first time I felt absolutely certain that getting a BA was the right choice, and one I’d make again in a heartbeat. I have some time to go before seeing the final drop as fluff but I am SO happy with my results. I have no regrets about the size or profile, I love how they look on my body and how they make me feel. I am extremely satisfied w the surgeon I chose. Its all very positive for me right now !

Just a quick update - feeling great but bored and can’t wait to get back to my normal routine. Ive been binge watching Netflix which was fun for a while (I’m a mom of young kids so I never get the chance to do that!) I have been feeling a little sad, I miss my fiends, I feel like they’ve probably had enough of my texting constantly, especially about my boobs. I hope they’re not going to always resent me for having nice boobs. They’re the ones who were my biggest cheerleaders to get them but I feel like my boob obsession must be annoying them now. I don’t see much change in how they look since day 1 but trying to be patient.
