Finally normal bras!!

I was Told originally to wear soft bras until my 6/7 week check up when I would hopefully get the all clear to get pretty bras.
The 6 week check up became 9 week appointment which was not a problem. I have still been swollen, crazy nerve ending pangs, nd bruising pains still in places. Feeling much better this week but still numb in areas. However at last I have the all clear for wires and lace and all the other prettiness that comes!!!
I went to get measured this time at M&S as the store had a really good selection.
It was really good to be professionally measured as then I know I am wearing the right size and looking after my new assets. My confidence is o much better, I feel so much happier I could wear a sports bra all the time but getting a pretty bra is like icing on a cake!
My back measured 30 but depending on the cut of the bra, 32 also fit. I have ended up with two bras for now, a 30E and a 32DD one is balcony the other plunge so fit differently.

I do not feel big I just feel balanced now so I am glad I did not fixate on a cup size. If I had I probably would have opted to be a C or D cup, which I do think I would have been disappointed with. My size is perfect I would not want to be smaller.

This was the best thing I have done for myself! I love my boobs ????

Recovering 5 weeks post op

Feeling like I’m healing well, no pain at all now and only the odd nerve tingle every now and then. Took the tape off my scars, it had been so itchy I thought it was just because scabs itch when healing ... In actuality I think I might have been mildly allergic to the tape. Under the tape I was red and rash like. The itchiness had gone after an hour of shower & no tape. The scar sites are looking great though. I have attached a photo.  Still waiting for softening as I still feel like hulk ???? photo attached of very firm high boobs (taken Monday 5weeks post op) !!  Waiting for my 6 week check up appointment details ... officially 6 weeks on Monday

First bra purchase

Still in sports / compression bras but I have an Award ceremony to go to in a Few weeks so I am on the hunt for soft bras suitable for under a dress.

The bra needs to go under a fancy formal dress. (Still looking for one of them too!)

I was measured as I did not want to put myself in the wrong size. I also thought It would be interesting to see how I change as yet to drop, they are still high, numb & firm.

After my last update, where I thought I might have boob envy I can now relax.... I was amazed to find I now measure 30E!! So much for thinking c or D ! It’s amazing how quickly your brain adjusts to new size and stops being so shocked. I was thinking I had gone too small but looking for these ‘bolder holders’ has enlightened me. A 30 rib cage makes it a lot trickier finding a bra to fit, lots of 32’s but they slide up my back! Recommendations appreciated if you read this!

I am now looking forward to softening, dropping, fluffing and any of the other descriptions used in augmented boobs looking more natural. Creating a bit of lift & cleavage will be exciting. And... Allowing my husband to buy me underwear, something for a long time I was for to insecure to do!!

I hope others are as happy as I am already, my mental health is so much better!
