6week post op popping noise after hug

WORTH IT
Has anyone experienced a popping sensation??? My friend hugged me from behind which caused my arms to squeeze my breasts together and it felt super uncomfortable. My skin is still super tight and my breasts do not naturally touch so I did not enjoy this and told my friend to get off of me! As he was squeezing I heard a pop and I’m just worried this damaged anything? I don’t really feel abnormal pain…. Please comment if you’ve experienced anything similar

Forgot to sleep with my surgical bra!

I definitely fumbled and forgot to sleep with my surgical bra after having it off the entire day…. I freaked out and messaged the consultant which she said is fine as long as I don’t make a habit. I feel so stupid. has anyone ever made this mistake because it’s seriously eating me alive

I had mine off for a full day within the first week of recovery mostly because I was in sooo much pain. It’s fine:). Don’t worry

Kind of blurry due to the filter however I’m already loving how they are looking.
Recovery is going well. I feel great and I’m able to dress my self (ish). Since my incisions are through the armpit it’s harder to lift my arms. My surgeon told me to not massage my implants so I haven’t been but they are still firm just a tad bit squishy. I’m really glad I went with motiva implants which is why I travelled to Korea for them because Motiva is not offered in Canada. I saw some in the states but i feel like American doctors are used to western look which is not always “natural”.
I haven’t been able to see my incisions but they do look really small and when it fades itll just look like an armpit wrinkle! I tend to scar dark so in that case I will definitely be getting laser.
I’m still trying to fix my posture as it feels awkward but that’s about it! Haven’t had any irregular pain… just shooting nerves but that’s normal.

Open and avoid capsule contracture. How are you feeling now? I know my comment is months later.
