Here are a few extra photos. I have continued massages and wearing sports bras only, with no padding. I feel like progress is slow, but it is there. I'm looking forward to getting sized and wearing regular bras! One thing I forgot to discuss earlier was sleeping! I have always been a stomach sleeper, so sleeping on my back after surgery wasn't the greatest as well as learning to get up and down without pushing yourself up with your hands! After about 2.5 weeks I could sleep on my side comfortably. I can lay on my stomach fine for a short period of time now, but I try to avoid it. Other than that everything is going well! Waiting for more dropping and fluffing!

3 weeks Post Op

3 weeks in! I feel great! I've had no issues! I don't feel nearly as uncomfortable with pushing, pulling motions and I am much more comfortable with the massages. I still feel like they need to drop and soften, but I can see/feel some progress! My left side is still higher and tighter. I didn't want to sound like so many women that wished they had gone bigger, but I guess boob greed is really a thing. I'm thinking I should have just gone with the 325cc instead... but I am still being patient, as I know it is still early and they are going to change, drop, and fluff! I hope that when they do I will feel better! Regardless I am so happy I decided to do this! I feel so much better about myself! I did aquire the mondors cord under my right breast, but it doesn't really hurt unless I reach up high. I do massage it, and have read it will go away on it's own! I started rubbing vitamin E oil on the incision scars, but may get some silicone strips. What do you all recommend?! Anyway , I continue to wear sports bras, but I can't wait to try regular ones and get sized! I did take a photo in the bra above to see how it would look! It was a victoria secret 32 D, no push up or padding. But I have heard VS sizes are off. Regardless looking forward to more changes!

Starting to settle nicely!
I just got mine done. 275cc they are still sooo high up and look weird. My dr didn’t recommend a lift even though I breastfed 3 kids and they sag a bit. Can’t wait for them to heal and drop. Thank you for your posts
I also have been going back and forth on size and would rather I end up smaller vs. too big. Yours look great! The doctors I've consulted with said I could go anywhere between 300-350cc. I think I will choose 325. What was your BWD?
They look great! I’m excited to see your progress! My big day is Dec 13, I can’t wait!!!
I’m in between sizes also. 300-345, currently size 34a / 120lbs / 5”2. I love seeing everyone’s stories here. It has been so helpful :)
Great result! I got mine done on 11/21. I went with 345 cc silicone under muscle. 5’1”, 130lb. Have my first week follow up tomorrow!

Week 2

Things continued to go smoothly! I went to my first post op appointment. Dr.Fata removed old tape with stitches, and put a new strip over the incision scars. I left those on 1 more week. I also started massages. There are some small, hard like knots under the incision. I figure it's scar tissue and I try to massage it as well. I think I get "morning boob" but not in the mornings.. it seems to come and go anytime. It doesn't hurt, just a tight heavy feeling! I have full sensation in my nipples, which is something I worried about. I haven't had any pain. The only thing that feels uncomfortable is pushing, pulling, or wiping motions. My left side is higher and tighter. It was slightly larger than my right side, but I am hoping they will drop evenly! I'll keep ya posted!
