I am so incredibly excited to start my BA journey! I have my consult with Dr Muskett coming up on February 15th, 10 days away!!! I live 4 hours from Billings, but I know he is the best in the state, and well worth the drive.
I always knew I would need a boob job from about 14 years old, when I realized my girls weren't developing like my friends. I would watch the Spice Girls music videos and dream of having cleavage like them. Haha. I've always been an A to a small B except when I was breastfeeding. Queue my best Samuel L Jackson impression, "Hold on to your butts"... my boobs were a large 34DD when I was breastfeeding (I'll try and find some pictures to attach). Who knew they had it in them?!?! Well, like most women, after weaning, they shrank back down to a healthy 34B, where they've been for the last 5 years. So in December, I decided it was finally time to restore my girls to their former, albeit brief, glory!
I am hoping to get silicone or gummy implants that are high profile as I love the look and silhouette of the upper pole. I currently have some slight side boob, but I'm perfectly happy with how it looks now. Side boob has never really been my thing, however, I do want to and up with a great hourglass figure, as I'm more pear shaped now. I've been told that Dr Muskett won't overfill the breast pocket, so I'm hoping he will be able to get me to a large 34DD. My goal implant size is in the range of 435cc to 485cc.
I should also say that while I’m at my consultation, I’m going to ask Dr Muskett about possible scar revision treatments for my C-Section scar on my lower abdomen. After having my first almost 14 years ago, as the scar was healing, it was almost like it had adhered to my abdominal muscles. It pulls up okay, but when pulling it down, it catches. I used to go get steroid injections into the scar, but those didn’t seem to help. After I had my daughter almost 6 years ago, I had been hoping the problem would correct itself, however, it stayed the same. Hopefully it’ll be an easy fix, as I don’t think I need a full or mini tummy tuck.
I've loved this site and meeting women from all over who are sharing their stories and photos. I've attached photos for my before, a couple photos from breastfeeding, as well as a couple wish pics. I can't wait to update you all over the course of this journey and I'll respond to comments as quick as I can. Much love to you all!!

Can’t wait to see the end results! I’m having mine done in March as well. After breastfeeding I went back down to a healthy 34B and I’m hoping to go up to a 34C/D which is what i was during breastfeeding :)

This weekend I'm going to make the at one sizers with rice and nylons. I'm confident in my decision for the 445 moderates, but Dr Muskett's nurse was adamant that I make my own sizers at home to try on with all my shirts. Lol. Probably a good idea.

Consultation 2/15/21

MT406er
So I had my consultation with Dr Muskett yesterday, 2/15/21. It went better than I could have ever imagined. Dr Muskett was so patient with me, and answered all of my questions. He did all of his measurements, my BWD is 13.5cm, and the space between my nipple and the crease of my breast is 7cm. He said these were the most optimal measurements. He couldn’t believe I had breastfed 2 kids and was quite impressed with how well my breast tissue had held up.
After he was done measuring, he said a 445cc would “brighten them right up”, so so his nurse left and came back with a wide array of sizes for me to try. I tried from 385cc moderate to 485cc high profile. I chose the 445cc as my favorites, before even knowing the size, knowing that those were the ones Dr Muskett had said had said would be perfect for me. That right there is what solidified my confidence in him as a surgeon who has mastered his craft.
We talked about a possible scar revision for my messed up c-section scar, and he was very honest with the fact that it might potentially cut out a portion of my rose tattoo that I have in the vicinity. Ultimately, I decided that I won’t be doing the scar revision at the same time as my breast augmentation. Who knows though, I might change my mind and add that back on.
I’m going to be doing some at home sizers to try on with different shirts to make sure the 445cc is exactly what I want and that it looks good with different outfits. I’ll post those photos when I get around to it.
Thank you for following along! Surgery is tentatively scheduled for 3/15, so one month away!! I might potentially move the surgery to the week of 3/28, as my kids are on spring break that week, and that would make travel arrangements to Billings a little easier. I’ll update if there are any changes and post homemade sizer photos soon!

Can i ask how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I'm 5'2", 130 lbs. My BWD is 12.5. I jist got my BA and went with 415 cc HP but wondering if I went too big. I know I'm still really swollen. Tomorrow is my 1 week post op so we shall see what the doc says.

I'm 5'7" and weigh between 125 lbs and 130 lbs. My BWD is 13.5 cm and from my nipple to crease is 7 cm. Dr Muskett told me I have a lot of breast tissue still, I'm just not as full as I'd like to be in my upper pole area. I guess it all comes down to anatomy. I'm excited to see your results as you heal up!

Surgery date is set!

MT406er
After looking through my work schedule, my kids school schedule, and my husbands work schedule, I spoke with Susan at Billings Plastic Surgery and got my surgery date moved to March 30th at 11:15. This will actually be much better since we’ll be coming from 4 hours away. I’m so excited to have this booked!! Now I just have to make some home sizers and play with the different sizes and get that all situated.

You're so perky for having gone up to a DD while breastfeeding! I'm also 5'7", 120-130lb. and had exactly the same experience , blowing up to Pamela Anderson proportions with my first born, nursing 3 babies and having had 3 c-sections. I'm a week post op now and went with 285cc, hoping for a resulting large C/small D cup. I think I'm likely a D now but havent gotten to get measured or gone bra shopping yet. Originally, I wanted to go 225-250cc but at the last minute, opted to go a little bigger. I am not sure yet if that was the right decision for me, as I'd been wanting a more natural look. I'm hoping that after they drop and fluff, they're more symmetrical and look a little more natural. I had asked my surgeon about what could be done with my cesarean scar at my consult and he'd recommended a mini tummy tuck to fix my scar and remove the lump of scar tissue just above it and also suggested that he fix my slight umbilical hernia but I opted to focus just on the BA due to the long recovery associated with the hernia repair and the extra $4600 or so that would have cost. Best of luck with your BA and journey!

Thank you! Dr Muskett was really impressed with how well my breast tissue held up post pregnancy. When I asked about my c-section scar, he said it wouldn't need to be a mini tummy tuck, but just a scar revision. The cost of it would have been an extra $2600 or so. Ultimately, I decided to not do it yet, as the recovery for my precious abdominal surgeries has been lengthy. I'll keep you updated on my progress! Please do the same!

Did you decide on Moderate or mod plus or High profile?
February 20, 2021
The 445cc were the moderate profile. I guess after Dr Muskett did all of the measuring, my BWD is 13.5cm, which perfectly fits the moderate profile. Before the consultation and not knowing anything about the math that goes into implants, I was dead set in high profile. But once I was measured and tried the moderate 445, I fell in love with them! I did like the 485 high profile, but they just seemed like they stuck out too far for my frame.
