Thank you for the 2 year update! You look great! Were you able to get fully back into your workouts and same fitness performance level?

For the most part yes. But I don't do push ups anymore. It gives you this weird feeling. Not painful but uncomfortable. I could probably strengthen that area if I wanted to, but I try not to work out my chest

Thank you SO much for your review. I've been stressing out SO badly about getting textured or smooth. I'm deflated from breast feeding and on the border of needing a lift so my surgeon recommended textured. I just read every single update you did and your results are amazing. I appreciate you being transparent and informative!! This is a year old review but I hope you see this comment and know you helped me make my final decision! My surgery is Aug 30th.

Hi! I am so glad I helped you make a decision. I know when I was thinking about getting my breath done, I did a lot of research around it. The round textured implant reviews were very hard to find. My breast implants took a very long time to drop and fluff but in the end I love the result. You might have a different experience. My chest was very tight. I have had absolutely no complications and my scars healed great. Please keep me updated on your journey! I am sure they will come out great!

Your results are my wish boobs! This might sound silly but do you recommend working chest less leading up to the surgery? Figured that might help with recovery time if there's less muscle on top of the implant. Also I'm terrified of getting a weird shape if I have developed chest muscles and implants beneath them... but yours look amazing!

Wow! Thank you so much. Totally put a smile on my face. Well my chest was already very very developed. So my chest was extremely tight to begin with, add the textured implants to them and it was a recipe for a VERY slow drop and fluff. It took over a year, probably around 15 months. I had sooooo much upper pole fullness I almost started to regret my decision. I don't think I would recommend specifically working out just your chest, but I did concentrate heavily on my upper body, a month or two before my surgery. Because I knew I wasn't going to be able to work out my upper body for a long time. Also, if you're trying to go a bit bigger you might not want to concentrate so much on chest because your Pecs will be very tight, which makes it difficult to fit larger implants. I was hoping to get 330cc hp round textured implants but he could only fit 300cc due to the tightness of my chest. I can only speak for myself, but I love my textured implants. They don't move or feel quite as real as smooth but the trade off is no bottoming out, no double bubble complications of any time. I think you should think about what YOUR goals are and then go from there. I hope this helps!

Thank you for the thoughtful, thorough response! I haven't gone to a consultation yet for sizing or anything but I suppose I'd like the option to be able to fit what I want and not be too tight, I didn't know chest muscles would do that but it makes sense. I don't specifically work them a ton but they're part of my routine. Working upper body beforehand since you won't be able to as much after surgery is a great idea, awesome tip!! I need to look more into textured vs smooth but your experience and response is so helpful. Thank you!!

BlackMagicCat I would consider above the muscle if you think it may weird you out too much below the muscle. I just got a revision above the muscle and it was crazy the difference. There is a bit more rippling but just depends on what you feel like will bother you more in some cases-- rippling (or the possibility of that happening) or chest exercises

Thank you for the advice! I'm nervous to do over the muscle because I have very little breast tissue to begin with so I think they may end up looking less natural because of that. I'll certainly consider that though since I haven't explored/researched much of that option so far. What positive difference did you notice??

Usually above the muscle is for women with larger breasts to begin with. So unless you have a large b or c I would definitely recommend going under

That's what I've read too. Seeing a PS and showing him pics of what I do and don't want will ultimately alleviate my concerns haha in due time. Can't wait!

I used to have under the muscle (also started with very little breast tissue), but I did not like how i could feel my muscles separating my breasts when I did workouts or various things that involved chest muscles. I then got a revision done to go over the muscle where I noticed that I had a lot more cleavage than with under the muscle but I did get a bit of rippling when over the muscle. So there are definite things to consider with both routes but had it not been for the lateral displacement I experienced I would have still had my under the muscle boobies!! Feel free to check out my review on begore and afters with both :)

I read your review and saw your before/afters for both surgeries! Thank you tons for all the details and I'm so glad you love your revision! They look amazing and if it helps, your nipple misalignment isn't noticeable at all :)

Cool! I read a couple of research articles of revisions from under muscle to over! I’m a personal trainer and was a bit indecisive about which to go with. I just had my surgery yesterday morning! I still need to post all my before pics but my doctor recommended I go ‘Subfascial’ due to my profession. I have a ton of chest muscle, and she also did a fat graft to pad around the implant to minimize ripples and give me cleavage.
I went with Natrelle 365, Smooth Round High Profile.
I nursed 2 kids and started with an A cup on the left and barely an A on the right, with an inverted nipple.
My doctor is Dr. Kamakshi Zeidler here in Silicon Valley, California.

How long would you say you were in pain for after your surgery? How much were you able to do after couple of days from your surgery?

Did you go with moderate profile? You look amazing!

Your breasts look fantastic! Perfect size.
May I ask what you do for abs? Your abs are my ideal. Super fit, but very feminine.
I dont do push up either and plans feel a bit uncomfortable. I feel like I will force me breasts apart....which I feel my right is about 1 cm to far out (otherwise super happy).
Since you're a professional, what are your thoughts on planks? Do you do them?
I'm willing to do them to have your abs. Lol.
