Just had my consultation today with Dr. Kearney and already scheduled my surgery for March 26th! Very excited and nervous, but I’ve done so much research over the past 10+ years that I know I’m ready. I was able to test out a couple sizes of implants during the consultation. I’m not sure what size I’m going for yet but I think it will be around 400 ccs and will depend on which profile we choose. Dr. Kearney said my breast width was about 12–12.5 cm so during the pre-op appointment we’ll see what cc and profile works best! I’ll be getting silicone under the muscle and will most likely get the transaxillary (armpit) incision, because that’s what my doctor specializes in so there are no scars on the breasts.

Good luck! I weigh the same as you and simile in height. I am 2 weeks post op. I went 275cc under the muscle. Feel free to swing by my review. I absolutely love them but it was incredibly painful for me.

Thank you! You look great. Hoping you continue to heal quickly. It seems like most of the pain is from the armpit lipo right?

Omg I have the same surgery date! I'm so nervous

Ah hope everything goes well! I’m nervous too. Have you made any decisions on the brand, size, etc?! I’m getting overwhelmed doing so much research and preparation. Wish I didn’t have to wait until my pre-op appt to choose my implants.

Just had mine done same width of chest as you. Ended up doing 330 and 360. My dr also specializes in armpit but I did under breast crease instead. Just be mindful as I’m not sure if you’re doc told you this, but when you change out your implants down the road, you cannot take them out via armpit. You have to go through under the breast crease.

Yes, I'm aware! Definitely something to keep in mind.

Almost time for pre-op appointment

I made some 375cc rice sizers. Not sure how accurate they are, but I like the size. Since I’m getting the implants placed under muscle, I would most likely need to get at least 400cc to get this look. I’ll finalize the size on Wednesday when I go to my pre-op appointment. Very excited! :)

How did the surgery go? I'm 5 weeks away from mine !!!

Unfortunately it's been postponed due to the coronavirus. Most states are not allowing elective surgeries during the stay-at-home orders. So I most likely won't be able to get the procedure done until at least June. Pretty upset about it!

So excited I’m finally getting my boobs! My surgery was rescheduled due to the coronavirus, so I’ve been patiently waiting for my plastic surgeon to reopen. I had my pre-op a few days ago and we decided on Sientra moderate plus profile 355cc. I think they’ll be a good size for my frame. I don’t want anything too large since I’m really active. I’m not too nervous for the surgery itself, but I keep thinking about the recovery. I’m having the surgery on a Thursday and going back to work on Monday, so I’m hoping I’m not in too much pain. Also hoping I heal quickly so I can slowly begin working out and being active again. I’ll try not to push myself and allow myself some downtime. Yay for it finally happening!

I like your photos with rice sizers so much .

I also like your photos, I think that’s a really nice size for you. I got mine done last year April on a Tuesday, and honestly couldn’t go back to work until the following Tuesday. Your recovery depends on you, but I can honestly tell you, going from an A cup to a large C, small D, the stretching of the skin and sub muscular placement will give you a lot of discomfort. (I had 405cc silicone) my advice - give yourself a few more days to heal before going back to work. Good luck, I’m sure they will look amazing!!!

Thank you! Yea... I was thinking I might have to take more time off work. I'll see how I feel. I can always work from home as a last resort

I got sientra as well, over the muscle. I was a small b. Now I'm a 34 D. Very happy with mine. Zero rippling. I had about the same amount of cc's your getting. I just wish my were a pinch larger.

I was driving 2 days after surgery because I went over the muscle. Took 5 days off work. Didn't exercise for 2 months. Sientra is the perfect implant for over the muscle.
