9 weeks
At 9 weeks. Running 10k 3 times a week and doing 2 full body workouts a week. Going very well. Not doing anything with the chest strength wise. The last few times now while running I don't think about the boobs, in a good way. I always hoped that would be the case. That I could run again like I used too without them getting in my way or being uncomfortable.
I like the dropping and fluffing game going on. Slow but steady!

Almost 8 weeks post up
I am laying on the side now without any discomfort. The boobs are getting more "moldable" and soft. Still hope they will get softer with time. I am so pleased with my scarring. They are right where they're supposed to be, just where the breast fold is. Had my first 10 km run a few days ago. They tighten a bit, but doesn't hurt or anything, just a weird feeling. I think with time and when everything is done healing it will feel super normal!
Week 6
Today marks 6 week post up. I've been activating myself with walks for the past few weeks. Started slow, and then went for longer walks as the time went by and I felt comfortable doing it. I did my first strength workout today. Mainly core and legs. Did one arm exercise, but with very low weights and nothing going on in the chest erea. Feel that my boobs are still tight, but hopefully they will get softer with time. My left boob has dropped a bit more than my right. Feels good to be at 6 weeks post up.
