33 Female, Avoided Lift with 240 Cc Allergan Implant

I'm 33 years old, 5'5", 122 lbs, no children. I used to have full 34C breasts, but as I started getting older noticed the top fullness/breast tissue beginning to disappear! I love wearing small crop tops and blouses without a bra so the past 3 years I really wasn't happy with how I was looking in clothes! I didn't want bigger breasts, I just wanted that fullness back WITHOUT a lift!! (I know this will probably be something I do in the future...). My gf had her BA from Dr. G 10 years ago and I was obsessed with her natural appearance, ZERO scars and modest size implants. So I called and set up the appt and consultation through sending videos/pictures. 2 months later I was on my way to Miami to meet Dr. G and to decide if we could pull off the surgery with or without the lift to achieve the results I wanted. He was very honest and left the decision up to me! I was pretty nervous because he said that implants would really just make the exact same breasts I have fuller. I was worried that the sag would still prevalent, but ultimately decided to forgo the lift and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!! We selected 240cc Allergan Natrelle round silicone implants for both breasts with a periareolar incision (through the bottom of the nipple). I'm 6 weeks post opp and very very happy with the current look and feel of my breasts!
