I am just about 6 weeks post op (tomorrow)…

I am just about 6 weeks post op (tomorrow) and I have had a fairly good recovery considering life circumstances didn't turn out quite as planned. Having to move while recovering was not an easy feat....But otherwise everything seems to be healing up. My incisions feel and look fine and I am glad to finally wear some pretty bras. Some days I say to myself 'as much as I wanted them to look normal and not noticeable, NOBODY NOTICED!?' haha. I am happy with them, they just don't appear any different than they were while I am dressed, but when I look at them naked it's a huge difference. I am hoping they settle a lot more as the top to bottom book ratio is quite off. It looks a little silly with nothing underneath. I have noticed that even with my lipo in my left breast the difference is still quite noticeable to me, but I'm not unhappy with that as it's much better than it used to be.
I am bummed my doctor said I had to wait 4 months post op to do yoga!?! But I tried to do just a few push ups the other day and it was so uncomfortable. I still have to ease myself into workouts, I'll probably give it another few weeks before going back to the gym.

I am on day 5 of recovery and I was able to…

I am on day 5 of recovery and I was able to get up a do a little bit around the house today (not by choice, but out of a necessity....girls, always line up the help you need if you don't think you'll get it at home). Yesterday I was in so much pain in my right breast, right towards my armpit that I couldn't even move that arm. I think its because I am sick and have been coughing quite a bit and on the first day I felt a sharp pain in that breast from a big cough...I have been holding it into my body since then and have been using my left hand for things. I have full range of motion in my left arm, but still can't seem to use my right for anything that's not in front of me. Anytime I reach behind me it's a sharp pain and a pulling feeling. Getting up and moving around today did help me get that arm moving and I was able to not take any pain meds today, just my antibiotics.
Upon feeling my breasts, my left (which I got liposuctioned) still seems quite a bit bigger than the right, and it is also quite soft compared to the right. I know I will give it time, and I am still happy with my results in this.
Here are my day 5 post op pictures.

I am in Day 3 of recovery from my surgery.…

I am in Day 3 of recovery from my surgery. I can't believe how well everything went. It all went by so quickly, I was in the building and was knocked out within 30 minutes! I was worried about panicking, vomiting and crying when coming out on the anaesthetic, but telling the doc about my worries they gave me a few 'extras' to calm me down and help with nausea. It was so worth it as it made for a fantastic experience. I ended up getting 350cc moderate plus, and they also liposuctioned some of my left breast to match my right in order to help with the asymmetry rather than place in 2 different size implants (anyone ever had that?). I am hoping that it will help.
The pain was not near what I expected it to be on day 1 and 2, as I kept on top of pain meds and antibiotics. I spent the first night in a hotel and second at a friends, which was great to not have to worry about my kids and get lots of rest . I can tell I did a bit too much today, like driving to go get my kids and just moving and walking around, but I am now in my comfy spot at home able to tell everyone I have the flu and really take it easy. Lol
Here are a few post op pics.
